I went to 311 Tire $ Automotive to get my gas tank replaced and to get my air conditioner repaired I informed Mark that I was told there was a leak in my air conditioner I've always had a good experience when I take my car here except this time. I was quoted a price of 700.00 They changed a lot of a of things in air conditioner belts antifreeze freon etc. well later on I got a call saying my car needed a belt and the price would be 1600.00 I said ok go ahead and do it. After completing what they had to do I got my car rode around a couple of weeks and the air conditioner stop working again I returned to the shop where they put more freon again it ran a little while stop working again he told me to come back mind you I live about 30 mins away well in all I think I went back about 2 more times and Mark told me there would be no charged finally they did a leak test with dye which I told them at first and the additional price would be 221.00 on top of what I already paid. That was wrong in so many ways I'm thinking they knew what they were talking about about but if you find something wrong I've already paid and it wasn't working that's not my fault any thing after should have been free the warranty states repairs are good for a year. I thought they were honest boy was I fooled.

This place is awful , they prey on the elder community. They over charged $2800 for a head gasket job on a PT cruiser . It took them 2 months to return my grandfather's car after he dropped it off to get only spark plugs changed.
Customer service was awful, and the job was sloppy. He's been a customer for 25 years of your lowsy shop but he will never again. And he'll be sure to let everyone in the community know never to go here.

My family have been coming to 311 Tire for more than 15 yrs
I have found that Mark & his staff are reliable & their prices are competitive. I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else.

Mark at 311 Tire does honest , trustworthy, and good work! I highly recommend this place for any automotive work. Great pricing for our oil change and good quote for tires! Will be returning for all car maintenance. Called the morning of for an oil change and tire rotation. He was able to work me in their schedule for day of and work was done in a very timely manner. Timing was much appreciated.

I had a car that another garage had for two weeks and couldn't find out the problem and keep taking other vehicles in their garage instead of fixing my. I called my cousin in Boonville. He ran a auto parts store and service station. I told his what happened and the symptoms. He said it about has to be in the rack an pinion losing that much power steering fluid. Took the vehicle to Mark's place and was repaired right away. 311 tire has very knowledgeable mechanics and also nice folks to help you.
