So I bought a total of $31.00. They said I had $10.00 in rewards. So I used those. And paid $21.00. Flash forward a week later I needed to return 2 items. They added up to $18.51. The cashier explained I had to take $10.00 on a store card because I used the rewards. I remarked but I spent $21.00 how come I had to take store credit? She said I could either take store credit or lose completely the $10.00. Not happy. Good luck if you use rewards and need to make a return

Cashier was very rude and not informed. Sighs really loud during my transactions and has a nasty attitude every time I come in.

No Lisa in pharmacy tried to rip me off. Told me my insurance wasn't going through. Asked me to pay full cost. I refused because I know insurance is good. She said she would call my insurance and ask why. 2hrs goes by nothing. I called my insurance they said nobody called. But they did see my scrip was already covered and didn't know why she would say that. Insurance called them on 3way, the person on phone was unaware there was ever a problem. Upon picking up my meds, I learned from 2 others that they weren't surprised she did that. Looks like Lisa could be pocketing money.

Attempted to use the Western Union at this location at 8:30 pm. The website says Western Union is open till 9pm. They decided to close it at 8 because they wanted to close the register at the photo area early. Very unprofessional!

I just spoke with Anthony and he has gone out of his way to find my medicine. He's calling the nearby Walgreens to locate the meds. I agree with the other poster, small stores don't get the recognition they deserve. You have to be excellent to draw in locals that would likely head to a big-box store, everyone is very cordial at this location too! Anthony volunteering to call around is extraordinary to me. I'm sure he must be busy and his act of kindness says so much about the Walgreens Pharmacy in Wallace NC! Stay amazing Anthony and you'll go far!
