I will never go back in that store the two older people working the a lady and a guy have nothing but additude towards the costumers an they just stand their looking out the door very unhappy il spend my money somewhere else

I needed a new toilet so I stopped in to Marshburns around 10 on this rainy morning. I was greeted pleasantly as soon as I walked through the door , and was asked how could be helped. I described what I needed, and the nice lady at the counter made a call to the floor staff. As soon as I got to the plumbing section, BAM. Not one but 2 of the guys where there to help me. They told me the difference between the different models, with no sales pressure. I made a decision, and bought a extra wax seal, just in case, then checked out in less than 15 minutes. The young man that was working on the floor even brought my purchase out to my old suburban, and loaded it up for me. I haven't ever seen this quality of customer service at those big box stores, Marshburns is the way to go. 10/10 and I will definitely be back. My only regret is I didn't have any cash on me to tip the young man that brought my purchase out to the truck.
