Advertise outside board is inappropriate and evidently shows the character of the owner and pharmacist. Recommend avoiding them.

Very lovely staff always happy to help. They will remember you and take care of you. They also offer a wide selection of products. You can call them and talk to them on the phone NO-ROBOTS!!! Also got my Covid-19 vaccine here!

I went to walkertown family pharmacy to get a prescription filled for my grandfather who is a diabetic and needed insulin. He went Thursday to get it and they told him the doctor did not call it in, that he would have to come back Monday. I arrived Monday when they opened and they told me they did not have the prescription, that they would have to order it. I cannot wait any longer he was running out. I asked if they could transfers the percription to CVS so I could get his medicine. They told me they could and that it should be transferred by the time I get there. They were wrong CVS had to call to ask for the transfer. They had to call 3 time and the last phones call the girl on the phone from family pharmacy told us that she was to busy and hung up on us. I will never agin give my business to walkertown family pharmacy.
