What has happened to our hardware store, what has always been my 1st stop for most everything I use is turning into Walmart. We Don't need clothes and trinkets, we need farm ,lawn mower and gardening supplies, all the things I normally buy to keep numerous lawn mowers running are gone, no wheel bushings, no fuel tank grommets, ETC, this is stuff I buy every year, the mower supply wall is almost bare and I'm sure it will have candles on it next. Heck the aisle that used to be full of seeds has damn clothing in it now.

Great customer service! The older gentleman outside with the plants walked me around to help me find what I was looking for. He also found the fish emulsion for me. He was very, very nice. (And patient)

I have dealt with Websters for 25+ years and always been very satisfied. The Webster family always took very good care and always sold everything good quality. I hate to say it but I bought a trailer of pine needle and they were not near the quality of what I have always gotten. They were really full of leaves which the ones in the past were clean needles. I put a lot of them out at a customers house and wished I had not gotten them, customer was not very pleased so I lowered price because it was a lower product, you could look out over the area and actually see quite a few leaves on top of the needle. I have been faithful to Websters but I found nice clean needles at a place called Main St. in Rural Hall and I will just switch over to them, this makes me wonder how there plants will be in the spring??

As always Webster’s Ace provided excellent customer service. Bought a grill from them and they assembled and delivered just as promised.

Staff is awesome! Everyone of them is very knowledgeable and very helpful. I have been a customer here for many years aa it was Webster Brothers however until just recently when it changed names to Northwest but it seems that only the name changed which is great
