Horrible communication. Our doctors cannot even get ahold of them. Meds are never in stock. Our provider suggested we switch due to how they have treated many other patients in this area.

CVS in Walkertown NC
CVS in Walkertown NC, At one time I would say this was the best CVS around the area. I have used CVS for over 30 years.
Today I have to say they have gone down hill in service to customers. I went there on Friday the 28th to pick up my son's meds. I waited inline for about 15 minutes and there was 6 people working and no one else in the store. Pickup women 2 girls laughing and joking around and each other employee behind counters were you can only see the tops of their heads. The Pharmacist was on the phone the whole time seems like talking to her friend because no call came of the loud speaker. I final had enough and walked out telling the Pharmacist that she should do her job and care about customers. She has all the employees doing her job while she plays on the phone and doesn't care there are customers waiting 15 minutes to pick up their meds. I had to walk out without the meds.This is the 2nd time with this same Pharmacist and staff 1st time I wait over 12 minutes for help. I guess I will be moving all my med to Walgreens. Because if this is the way this Pharmacist cares then how can I trust the meds I am getting that she filled.
Seems If Jeremy isn't working the store goes to hell and service stinks.

My go to store for just about everything. Always busy but it is worth it. I guess that's why it's always busy with lot's of customers.

Thank you doctor and his staff for filling my prescription so fast while I had parked my tractor trailer on the side of the road.super courteous and helpful.

Down here for a family issue the gentleman Brian took his time and got my scripts from $70 to $23, took his time looking for any discount was blown away by the service he provided even though I know they were busy...went above and beyond to help me would be great if everyone at cvs had cared about the patients like Brian...thanks so much

Very unpleasant experience at drive thru. CVS recording advised me to pick up meds at 5:55 PM. When I arrived the window clerk told me med wasn't available. Earlier call with pharmacist confirmed availability. What is going on ????

Almost everyone that works in the pharmacy there except the Manager are Extremely RUDE and disrespectful. Had one female put her hand in my face and tell me to "hold on'.They are Definitely Not there to take care of anyone in a professional and respectful manner. They need to fire them all and start over. Worst CVS EVER!!!

My experience trying to get a COVID Test and the results has been a total frustration and disappointment from beginning to end. 2 separate appt = total of +2hour wait time! Day 4 and I still don't have results!

The CVS Pharmacy in Walkertown is absolutely TOP DRAWER! The entire pharmacy staff really goes the extra mile to ensure I get great service and good value - they always look for all the discounts they can find on my prescriptions. And, being retired and no money coming in, that is a HUGE plus! Hats off to the great team you have there - love them all!!!

I don't know why the pharmacy has a phone number listed. They never NEVER ! answer the phone. It is nothing more than a paper weight !!Jeremy,Michael,etc. all of the pharmacy workers are so nice & have great customer service like employees at chick-filet. I understand that they are busy with filling RX's or ringing customers up, but if CVS is not going to answer the phone they should have it taken out & they could save the cost of phone service.It is very inconvenient to drive up there ,but don't waste your time calling the pharmacy.Why would a customer receive $5.00 coupon that expires in a few days to buy something in the store that is priced 3 times over what you could buy the same product almost anywhere for one third of what CVS charges.I only shop at the pharmacy because the ins. company says to shop at CVS. I do like the staff at walkertown CVS pharmacy !!

Jeremy,Jeremy, Jeremy! Enough is enough! Your smug nonchalant attitude. Your lack of doing your job. Your tongue in cheek, smug demeanor.I have begged you to correlate my prescriptions as to eliminate multiple trips to the Pharmacy. You have made every conceivable excuse as to why it don't happen.I have a medication that is filled monthly. You have advised me to call to remind you to order this medication. Also call 2x the same week to make sure you in essence have done your job.Even though that can't possibly be protocol I do it!You are well aware as to how to order and process this medication to result in a zero co pay for me.However yet again today even though I contacted CVS 3X last week you failed yet againAnd this yet again resulted in my out of pocket being $92+ dollars!!All you have to do is your job. Its most evident you have zero fear in job security. This shows up in your attitude,demeanor and non existent customer service. I moved my prescriptions to CVS At your urging. What a wasted effort!

First let me say the staff is very friendly and helpful.Ive never had a probelm.You have to vocalize your needs.They cannot read your mind.They are very hard working. They need two people on drive thru.One to give Covid test.And one for pic up or drop off. Recently Cars were literally going around corner.I wanted too say now that they are not testing as much.So they are back to one lane to pickup.Which is ridiculous during peak hours.The store and pharmacy manager need to look at this issue.The worst thing about CVS is trying to get a pharmacist on the phone .I waited one day 20 mins.Juat to see.After all the automated prior to a staff member is average of 10minutes wait time on phone to speak ro the pharmacist.
