“I do not write Yelp reviews (this is my first), but it had to write one today. I have been shopping at Next for years, and Next Consignment Boutique is my go to place. Between a choice of going to the mall or coming to Next, Next wins every time! My husband appreciates that and I get so many compliments. I am so big on customer service and I love the way that they greet me at the door and makes me feel like I am shopping at a high end department store and that "boutiquish" feel while shopping. The quality of their clothing is great and you can tell they take great thought and care in the clothes, shoes, handbags, and jewelry they consign. I also appreciate the diversity of styles as well, something for all sizes, shapes, colors, and price ranges. The pricing is very good in comparison to the quality of the clothing! I have brought many of my "true mall/department" store friends here and they are also so impressed and I have even caught a few in the store when I've come to shop (LOL!!). Thanks Next!”

“It's a Ross so most of the product is run down for one reason or another. This location I one of the cleaner ones I've seen and it still feels messy. Folks here are fine service is standard, but the amount of broken or damaged products on shelves is a little excessive sometimes.
No one wants to buy half a box of spaghetti noodles for a dollar off.”
“I went to Cato’s tonight and Ms. Judy was such a help to my shopping experience. She was so patient with me and my husband. She helped us with paring different tops and bottoms that were completely out of my “normal look” I left there with a whole new wardrobe that I felt comfortable and confident in. Ms. Judy definitely made this experience less stressful and I know I was in the store for almost two hours if not more. Please stop in and ask for Judy she will be glad to assist you. Such a sweet and kindhearted woman. 10/10 experience.”
“I ordered some pillows and Kohls had me pick them up in the store. Never having done this before, the employee at checkout had me pull up the Kohls message on my phone and went over the directions for a store pickup step by step. It took less than 5 minutes and I was thrilled at the ease of the process!”
