Ron salesman and Jesse Sales Manager terrible. They are scams. Jesse avoids calls when dealing with with customer needs. He tells you one thing on the phone and uses his salesman to call back with another statement. Drove 4hrs to purchase a vehicle left had an issue with it within 50miles of leaving the dealership. I was told to come back to dealership and they would give a loaner. I get 20 min out the salesman calls and says Jesse isn’t willing to do that. They also took 3hrs to “detail” a vehicle that came back not even fully clean. I would recommend going somewhere else and wouldn’t waste your time with them. They give you the run around trying to get you frustrated to not keep calling.

One week ago we went to Westgate Dodge Ram of Wake Forest to look for a new car. The salesman Roger Wells was professional helping us to find the best car for us based on our needs and financial situation. He spent time showing us the various models, answering our questions. He was very friendly and we did appreciate his proximity and kindness. This dealer has a great selection of new cars and the prices are very competitive. This is already the second time we went there and we already bought 2 cars. I really recommend this place if you want to buy a car. Also to mention they do have a very good place to service the car that we used for our previous car and we do plan to do the same for our new one.

Recently went to Westgate Dodge and was happily greeted by a guy named Ron. Our experience from start to finish was amazing. He was professional, attentive, personable, and responsive, and worked to get us exactly what we wanted. The dealership did not have our “unicorn”, but he made it happen with a trade, and within two days we drove off in the truck that ticked all of our boxes. The amount of time he spent with us even coming in on his day off to broker the deal and make sure we were happy, to the amount of messages and calls that were sent back and forth to make sure we were comfortable. The customer service we received truly went above and beyond, and I highly recommend asking for him when you go to this dealership. As a small business owner myself I quickly recognized many attributes about him that will take him very far in life. They are very lucky to have such a hard-working employee. It isn’t very often that a salesman works for you; getting top dollar for our trade-in as well. Ron made us feel like he was fighting hard to get us what we wanted at a great price. Ask for him, you will not be sorry you did! Thank you so much, Ron!

Jeff helped us "effortlessly" purchase a vehicle for our daughter in one business day without having to sit in the dealership. We couldn't be more impressed with Jeff's professionalism and knowledge. I don’t normally leave reviews but I am unable to give them zero stars so one will have to do for now. Their customer service is terrible. I had a broken side mirror on the driver side their solution? A new side mirror that doesn’t fit in place and falls whenever I go over 0mph. So they put packing tape on it I’d rather drive around without a side mirror at that point. And what if it rained? Then what am I supposed to do? After taking hundreds of dollars from me I didn’t get a single apology from anyone on their extremely unprofessional staff. They gave me another mirror that still doesn’t stay in place when I drive and they refuse to compensate me for anything after taking almost $400.00 from me. Due to them being so rude and refusing to let me speak to someone higher up. I’m going to another place instead. DO NOT EVER COME HERE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE INSTEAD!!

Do NOT buy from this dealership; service is horrible and they will not update you or call you back! My son purchased a Jeep with an extra warranty. His Jeep was towed there for service on June 16, 2023 and is still there with no repair resolution and no loaner vehicle that was included with the warranty purchase. I advised my Son to contact the NEWS Troubleshooter Diane Wilson and to seek legal assistance!

The entire team at Westgate Dodge Ram of Wake Forest is wonderful to work with! The service that is provided by the sales staff at this location is by far the best of any other dealership, I have been to. I have now purchased two vehicles from Westgate in Wake Forest, and Steven, Jesse and the rest of the team always go above and beyond to help with anything I need, even after the purchase was completed. They were able to find the exact vehicle I wanted and bring it to the dealership for me to test drive.They ensure that I am able to make any appointments I need with the service center and follow up to ensure I am happy with my vehicle.I highly recommend going to Westgate Dodge Ram in Wake Forest to purchase your next vehicle.

This dealership is not worth your time visiting. I recently brought my car in for an oil change and when I got it back it was making an awful ticking noise from somewhere in the engine on start ups. I took it back in to have that looked at along with some other minor issues. The entire time my car was there it was a struggle to get any information from anyone there. I had to try calling multiple times to finally get someone that could provide slight information. I was told the noise stopped after they removed the intake manifold and reinstalled it. I told them that won't magically repair that noise and to find out what is the root of the cause is so it doesn't happen again. I didn't hear back and was getting frustrated so I went up in person to find my car parked outside not being looked at. One of my concerns was my emergency brake being out of adjustment and they didn't even repair that. The service advisor even applied the E brake and noted it rolls. At this point I decided to bring my car home so I could let a more competent dealership handle my concerns.This whole time my only car was there for 4 days. They didn't provide a loaner or assist with a rental either. I had to reach out to Dodge for assistance for a rental since the dealership wouldn't help. If you need your car serviced please take it to a different dealer group so you don't have to go through what I went through.

I had a great experience with Romeo and all of the staff here at the west gate dodge ram in wake forest! They were able to get me the payment I was looking for with no money down and it was a smooth process that didn’t require me being at the dealer for more than 2 hours! Thank you so much!

As a first time car buyer I had the greatest experience ever with Westgate Dodge Ram of Wake Forest. I've heard car shopping has to be one of the most stressful things. But I didn't have that problem at all...... I was able to purchase a brand new 2023 Dodge Charger with the help of car salesman Romeo Lassiter & Mike Mabe in finance. Being that I already had an idea of what I wanted I was in and out in about 2 1/2 hours. It was a quick & easy process. Very professional. When I left the dealership my car had been detailed with a full tank of gas. 10/10 I do recommend y'all go see Romeo & Mike down at Westgate. Your help was greatly appreciated. Thank you all so much for your help. Y'all meet my new baby "Midnight"
