The service at the electronics department is absolutely garbage. I had three people staring at me and not saying a word to me. Terrible.

Today, April 21st 2023, we almost got ran over by an employee (Catherine, with the purple hair) pushing a huge cart of items to stock in the grocery department, she was apparently in a huge hurry and running down every isle while the store was packed (increased chance of her hitting someone, it's not like the store was empty) and hardly looking in front of her, and when she had to stop because we were already in the process of walking past the isle she was running down when she almost hit us at the end of the isle, she rolled her eyes and looked exasperated. We saw her continue to do this down other isles and asked another employee who told us that the same thing had happened to them another day and that Catherine does this all the time and they told management but the management doesn't care and won't correct her behavior or terminate her. I really hope she never runs over a small child and ends up putting them in the hospital. This is looking like it's going to end up being a lawsuit for this Walmart if someone gets hurt. I really hope Walmart management or corporate will take this seriously and do something before someone gets hurt. It's not that hard to look at the cameras in the store and see what she's doing.

It's fine, but the grab n go salads need work. They looked good in the fridge case, but when I opened the Cobb Salad in my car (while charging my EV), I saw that ALL the lettuce was brown and mushy. Also was hoping to get a cup of ice at the Subway, because that the restaurant I just assumed would be inside. But it's a Domino's, with no soda fountain. Not sure what sense it makes to have a pizza place inside a WalMart, but hey, maybe that just me. And to be fair, Domino's is listed in their website. Charging: 3.5 EV stations (one is a little mini thing that looks like a trickle charger. ). They need more stations for sure, because cars were doing the musical chair shuffle during the whole 45 mins I was there. Again though, I'm not really sure if that's a WalMart thing, or a recommendation to the EV host network (Electrify America).

Absolutely no surprise that this store is so poorly rated. It's one thing to close a little early (in this case , actually the Service Desk) and inconvenience a customer in the process, but the fellow at the counter actually argued that it was already 9:00PM when our cell phones (and my connected smartwatch) were still displaying 8:55PM and I just needed a couple minutes for a return with receipt to my card. Underscores why Walmart is the store of last resort.

This Walmart was horrible for pick up. Don't waste your time because you'll be sitting in a long line of backed up cars and unable to go into the store to get your item. It was a fiasco and I will never ever do curbside pick up at this Walmart again. Some people had already waited over a half an hour. And when I checked at the office service center for assistance, they said there was nothing they could do because you have to go to that side door to get your item.

Shenquinta in the money services department was so helpful! She was patient and had a really positive attitude. Best experience I've had yet with Walmart Money Services. Would definitely recommend.

I'm not one to rave over Walmart locations and won't do so now. This Walmart had a great grocery area, which is why we visited. Inflation is hitting HARD so I thought I'd try Walmart and it was great! Why are avocados 98 cents at Walmart but almost $2 at other grocery stores? Definitely don't want to knock Walmart down anymore after how much we saved in groceries...which is why I gave this location 4 stars instead of 3. The entirety of Walmart is a bit chaotic and needs a revamp bad...better organizing if anything. It's just all over the place. However, if I'm saving over $100 in groceries by coming here, I'll choose chaos anytime.

I would give this place zero stars if I could just because I left something in the store this morning and no one picks up the phone in any departments after multiple attempts. They need to change their answering service that promotes a great customer experience to we are unavailable now please come into the store to speak to an associate if you have any issues with our products or services.What a freakin joke!!!

The Walmart associates I came in contact with today provided great customer service! Connie at register 5 was absolutely incredible! I complimented her on her customer service and she just responded that she just wants to treat every customer how she wants to be treated. I don't expect much from a Walmart but this was exceptional!

9/12/21: This is my first visit to this location. There was plenty of parking available. The store was neat, clean, & tidy. There is a salon & a Dominos inside. I only went for a dress shirt for my shirt. Luckily they had his size. It was a reasonable price as well. We used self-checkout & the Walmart staff member was very rude. I hate shopping at Walmart as is, so this just gave me another reason to shop elsewhere. Other than that, it was just like any other WM. Nothing special. Cookie cutter like the rest.

The store itself is decent. Curbside pickup is awful. I ordered about 8 items, and one of them couldn't be shipped so I went to pick it up. When I got there, I parked in the Pick Up area and called to tell them I was there. They said that someone would bring it right out. After 20 minutes or so I called again, and they said the same thing. After 45 (!) minutes I called again, and they said the same thing. I said that waiting 45 minutes for curbside pickup was ridiculous and that I was coming into the store to get it. I shouldn't have waited so long, next time I'll just go straight into the store.

I don't know why this place is so busy stock is out was sent here for an item I needed ordered on line it said they had 4 drive over an half it to have my order cancelled and NO ONE answers a phone lune to ask a question! If you go here best of luck!

Very long review ahead: My experience at this Walmart yesterday will most definitely be my last. I go to this Walmart because it's right behind my workplace and I do grocery pickup once a week. I placed this week's grocery order Sunday morning, and have never had issues with picking up my order on time. I get off work at 4:30 on Monday and have a 4-5 pickup window at Walmart, so I sat and waited because I had gotten a notification that my groceries weren't finished being picked yet... keep in mind I placed my order over 24 hours in advance and have NEVER had this issue before. I used to work as a personal shopper so I know the demand is high during the pandemic, but yesterday was absolutely unacceptable. I typically can get off work, head over to Walmart and pick up my groceries and then do my 40 minute commute home within minutes of being off work. Yesterday, I waited, and waited. At about 5:05, still nothing, so I called the store. No one answered, and at this point I needed to get my errands done and head home. So I went ahead and parked in a pickup parking spot, and this guy came up to my car, so unprofessional and rudely barked at me asking my name and telling me "it's delayed." No apologies, no courtesy, nothing. I asked if I could pick them up tomorrow because I have a long drive home, and he said "yeah, you can pick it up tomorrow." Mind you, the ENTIRE pickup parking lot area was filled with cars who were just sitting waiting for groceries and no one was tending to them during the 15 minutes I sat there. After he walked away from my car, I got a notification saying my groceries were ready so I ended up staying to get them. It took a good ten minutes from that point to finally receive my groceries from the guy who was so rude to me to begin with. Not to mention, I'm lactose-sensitive and they substituted my Greek yogurt with regular yogurt. They made so many substitutions and typically I have the ability to approve them or not, but no one asked me about them. Will NEVER return to this Walmart again, for any reason. I didn't get home until after 6pm, when I should've been home at 5:15 at the very latest. Get it together.

Don't answer the phone, stock sucks, always out of everything. Same day pick- up is a joke as you have no idea what DAY you will receive it.
