I've given the pharmacy here more chances than they've deserved at this point. Everybody seems to have an attitude no matter the time of day. I never get notified when my prescriptions are ready so I'm constantly have to call them. There's only ever been 1 person working the counter even though there have been 4-5 visible staff in the pharmacy and a customer line at least 6 deep on multiple occasions. I just don't get it.

I’m so appreciative for everyone in the pharmacy. Deanna in particular has worked very hard to make sure my medications were ordered and processed timely.

Trying to get assistance with pharmacy staff was like pulling teeth. Staff was reluctant to help, kept trying to rush without fully providing answers, and after over a week I still didn’t get what I needed

I’ve given this Pharmacy several chances I don’t get my meds from here my grandma does. Today was the WORST experience ever a pharmacy tech was standing at the desk said 1 sec 6 mins later the gentleman in front of me turned to look around she snapped at him that he needed to learn patience!!!! He never said one word to her I spoke up and told her that she didn’t need to say anything else he hadn’t said anything to her she proceeded to tell me she wasn’t speaking to me I agreed but this older gentleman did nothing and I wasn’t about to allow her to be disrespectful. She refused to help the two of us as we wanted her name and a manger the customers behind us refused to deal with her. When management came back to the pharmacy they told us they had to bring this to the pharmacy managers attention! What? Your kidding me there’s no one there that can deal with this problem right here and now? I will be making sure my grandma no longer fills her prescriptions at this location and I will not do business with them at all!!!!! This is unacceptable!!!!!!

Had to wait about 20 minutes to pick up a prescription that my doctor called in to the wrong pharmacy (Walgreens), and every person ahead of me had an issue. When I asked Walgreens to transfer another prescription they had on file, they said I had to have the other pharmacy call them to have it transferred. The other pharmacy called them, and Walgreens accidentally deleted the prescription during the transfer, so now this other pharmacy had to go back to my doctor to get a new RX created. Would NEVER use them again. What a $hit show.

Very slow at pharmacy drive through waited 50 minutes to pick up a prescription. Had to wait 10 minutes at the window watching people work before we were even acknowledged. Harris teeter hands down better. Avoid this pharmacy

The staff at this pharmacy does not seem to respect their customers’ time. I’ve waited to write this review to give it a few chances but consistently, I’ve seen the staff leave the drive thru and the front desk to go to the back to do something and talk to each other. There is also an older woman with short hair who seems to go almost intentionally slowly when processing transactions. Also, there are two lines for the drive thru but they often have the 2nd line closed. It will usually take about 20-30 minutes to pick up your prescription when it’s ready just due to how slow/understaffed they seem to always be. Here’s a photo from 1:50pm on a Wednesday. The 2nd window has a cone so we can only form a single line. I am going to switch pharmacies after this.

Great pharmacy! Caleb and the techs always work their hardest, even though Walgreens decided to drop 100+ shots on them with no extra help for the flu season. They’re always slammed but care for their patients!

they extort patients for name brands (20x$) by not re-stocking generics and waiting until friday night to reveal that info, leaving one no choice but to be extorted under duress. Completely unethical. run the other way!

Absolutely horrible! I called the pharmacy department to speak to someone about a prescription. No one ever answered the phone. I was put on hold and looped around for 20 minutes before the call was dropped. I called back still no one answered the phone. Horrible! A waste of time. I’ll stick to CVS.I wish I could take the 1 star away. It’s a negative star for me.

Most horrible Walgreens I have ever been to. I have never had an easy transaction at this place. We attempted to avoid going in by doing the express pay for our prescription and they refused to help me unless I wanted in the line of ten people even though I already paid. Avoid this place at all cost. We will never go back.

Absolutely the best pharmacy around. Caleb will go above and beyond to answer your questions, and make sure you are completely informed. They are always busy, because they are the most knowledgeable pharmacy with the best hours in Wake Forest.

Was 20 minutes early for vaccine appointment. Checked in okay. Said they would get me paperwork to fill out. 40 minutes later no paperwork. I went to the consultation window. Said I wanted to check on my vaccinre appointment. An assistant started to answer when, apparently the pharmacist said I needed to use the other window and slammed down something hard and loud on the coubter, He did that a second time, then he administered a vicine to another person with a later appointment than mine. The assistant who then administered my shot 55 minutes later than the appointment time. She was very professional and apologized. I said the person was very rude. Have been a customer of Walgreens for over 20 years but I wont be going back to this store.
