Excellent repair work at this local shop. Brought in 35 year old engagement ring in which the posts holding the diamond were bent and wobbly. And the matching wedding ring that needed a polishing. The repair work is stellar. Gold is smooth and repairs invisible. Both engagement and wedding rings exquisitely polished - they look as good as the day they were purchased. So good, in fact, that I took off my wedding ring and had it polished too. Knowledgeable and courteous service. Delivered on time and at the price quoted. Thank you!

I took a set if rings here to be adjusted. I was told they would clean, adjust/repair the prongs holding the diamonds in the ring. They had the rings for almost 2 weeks. Upon pickup we noticed they had only cleaned the rings. They immediately tried to adjust the prongs holding the diamonds and said they were good to go. Before leaving we noticed it would snag on clothing very easily and asked for this to be fixed. I will not waste anymore money at this place. I do not recommend.

This was absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever experienced, and I have been in the retail business for over 35 years. Tina, explained that she was doing the job of 10 people, and therefore it was to be expected that she would be curt and rude. I have very small granddaughters, and I had spent over 1 k one month prior."' My intention was to purchase matching necklaces with a different stone. Tina had it in her head that I was going to "order " something and handed me off to a sales person who was on the phone. Waiting while she scolded the staff in front of me and tried to find boxes about which I could have cared less, I explained that I wanted to purchase a necklace, but I was in a bit of a hurry. Tina walked away and I was left just as I was trying to buy something. She handed me off to Selma, who was on the phone. I walked out without purchasing what I had driven three hours to get. When I called to explain that I had walked out, she didn't listen to a thing I was saying. She made a huge assumption that I was going to order something, and she would not hear any different. Both she and Selma hung up on me. I requested that my husband go in and get the necklace for my second granddaughter, as my grans like to have matching apparel and accessories. However, after today, my family nor I will ever purchase anything from Wake Forest Jewelers again or recommend them. it was truly the worst display of public relations that I have ever witnessed. It is unfortunate that the owners were not present. I would have been very embarrassed to witness this display. Tina is the wrong person for that position. She didn't hear what I wanted, and she made a large assumption. I am very disappointed, as the store has some lovely items, but i will take my business elsewhere from now on.

I have a lot of estate Jewelry that I wanted to get some estimates on so after a lot of research I picked Wake Forest Jewelry to take the items to. I was very impressed with the knowledge and help that was given by the owner Derrick. They have some amazing items for sale and a welcoming atmosphere to top it off. I highly recommend this shop.

There aren't enough stars to give a proper review for the beautiful ring Tina worked so tirelessly on and with so much patience for my indecisiveness. She combined beautiful ceylon blue sapphires with my heirloom solitaire diamond to create a masterpiece!!!! The quality of the workmanship is truly worthy of their reputation. Thank you Tina for giving my heirloom solitaire an updated look and a fine piece of jewelry my family will treasure for years to come.

Where to start... Called to get my ring resized and was told 3-4 business days with a guaranteed pick up date. When I dropped it off the woman said that was inaccurate but guaranteed the same pick up date since the jeweler himself was the one that gave me that info over the phone. I let them know it was important to have it back that date because we were going out of town the next day for an engagement photo shoot. My fiancee stopped by the next morning to double check it would be ready on time and was prepared to pick it up if not. We stop by the evening it was supposed to be ready thinking maybe they forgot to call when it was ready . We arrived to find a sign on the door (Friday) stating they were closed for an emergency and would reopen Tuesday. I understand life happens, but a simple call would have been nice knowing our situation. We called and left a voicemail hoping for a long shot they would reopen before Tuesday and let us come pick it up finished or not. I was devastated that our trip was mostly ruined without having the ring and would have been fine wearing it with a ring guard until we got back. We did not hear back. The next afternoon we are driving past the store and noticed they were open. We call and they say it's not ready because the jeweler had food poisoning (interesting "emergency" that the whole store needed to close for almost a week) so we opted to pick it up anyway and go elsewhere. I just can't believe they didn't call us back that morning that they reopened! The female owner wouldn't even look at me when I picked it up and offered no apologies. When I got to the other Jeweler with my half finished ring they asked me if I came from Wake Forest Jewelers where she tells me another woman came in with the exact same situation. I would have been completely understanding of the situation had someone just called at any point along the process and let us know it wouldn't be ready in time and give us the option of picking it up unfinished, but there was zero communication. Very poor customer service!

I just walked in to have a Pandora charm looked at. It’s a piece that opens up with a hinge and shows an engagement ring so has big sentimental value. The charm “lid” was loose and kept flapping open and I was afraid it would get caught on something and break for good. Spoke to the young man at the front and he showed his boss. His boss (may have been the owner? I should have asked!) took 3 seconds to bend the catch piece and now it stays closed (with the ability to still open if I want). They didn’t even charge me! They are so welcoming and amazing, I will definitely be back in the future! Thank you so much!

I needed an updated appraisal of my wedding band and engagement ring for insurance. Glad I did it because it was worth twice what I had it insured for. It had been a while. Remember Ladies, get that appraisal more than once! They had it done the same day although they said it would be at least 24 hours. Very quick and they cleaned it!

I want to give a BIG shout out to Wake Forest Jewelers; helped me by repairing my watch band which had lost a pin and come apart. They were able to fix it in less than a day, it's great now, and they refused to let me pay anything for it. Thank you!

Horrible customer service. I’ve never had someone speak to me the way this employee did at this establishment. I went in to pick up jewelry and apparently I couldn’t pick up neither my jewelry or the jewelry for my 14 year old brother. Absolutely ridiculous. She said he, the 14 year old, needed to be present with ID in order for his chain to be picked up and paid for. What sort of ID is a 14 year old going to have? Also was told I couldn’t pay with Cash and Card for two separate purchases. Will never be going back to this place.

The best jeweler in the Raleigh area. Tina was so helpful throughout the whole process of making our engagement/wedding rings. She made sure to stay within our budget while making sure we got everything we wanted! On top of that everyone that works within the store is so helpful and will answer any questions you have. Wake Forest Jewelers were amazing to work with. I did some resizing of my wedding set as well as my late grandmothers wedding ring. Not only did they resize and treat the rings, they repaired my grandmother’s at no cost. Highly recommend!
