I love Vianna Jewelers! I first found them because I had an old sentimental pearl necklace from my grandmother that I wanted to revamp, not only did they do a fantastic job, they cared for the necklace like it was their own. On the day I picked up the necklace I noticed a stunning vintage style engagement ring that would become mine! Vianna Jewelers will always hold a special place in my heart & I will be a customer for life!

My boyfriend and I came in to look at engagement rings a few months ago. All the staff was very helpful and were very sweet about letting me try on all the styles I wanted. Vicky was very knowledgeable and was so accommodating in letting me pick the style and type of stone I wanted. I asked for something not already in store and she got a mock-up done by the next day for me to come see it. We decided to buy the ring (the pricing was well within my boyfriend’s budget and she wasn’t overly pushy or trying to oversell us). Very communicative and now that I’m officially a fiancé I can say that the craftsmanship is also wonderful. Really really happy with the service and the jewelry!

This is the worst jeweler in all of wake Forest. She makes the jewelry and also buys it at auctions and modifies it then overcharges for garbage work. Highly avoid her shop like the plague. And Vianna before you comment Emma is completely correct in her review stop defending your garbage shop.

If I could leave no stars on this review I would. If you want to deal with a bipolar owner of a business, then this your place. Make sure to look over this place when ever driving by and you’ll be sure to see the cops outside. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! It’s unfortunate since it’s a wake forest local jeweler but trust me it’s not worth it.

I went to them to sell or trade gold and they gave me a store credit over and above a dollar amount I could have hoped for. They sized a few rings that hold sentimental value. I couldn't be happier with them. I also bought a few beautiful necklaces and a few pendents. I honestly was surprised how fair their prices are. Lastly they repairs on my chains and cleaning on rings. I can't say enough positive about them. This is a three generation jewelers and gemologist. I don't give reviews often but, I guarantee you won't be disappointed. Vianna Jewelers is a step above the rest. Thank-You Vianna Jewerls

Not pretentious. Very comfortable experience. Patient. Incredibly quick service. They took our stone and set it into a ring they had in their case. It was done the same night! The ring is beautiful. If you're looking for a relaxed, no pressure experience and a highly qualified jeweler then this is your place.

I dropped off my grandmothers vintage antique ring to have it sized down. They were quick and professional. When I picked up the repair, the lady that waited on me was very sweet and personable. I really appreciated that. Thank y’all so much for taking such good care of my repair ?

Went in for a ring adjustment. The ladies were super nice! Expected time for adjustment (which honestly was almost remaking the ring) was 7-10 days but was done in about 4-5 (not including weekend). I would def use them again!!
