Awful customer service. This store has gone down the drain in the last year or two. Walked in, an employee hollered across the store at me "I'll let you check in when I have time." Don't do me any favors. I ordered my new phone on Verizon website. By the way, store was completely packed. People sitting and waiting, people standing waiting. Seems they are possibly understaffed. Parking lot is a nightmare. If you live in WF, you already know that!

The staff here is always polite, helpful, they don't rush you, they explain things where you can understand, they go above and beyond to correct a problem. They have helped me on the phone, I have been there in person where one of the ladies even came out and helps me get my new phone program to the Bluetooth in my car because I was having issues it wouldn't accept it. So I would recommend the Wake Forest store to anybody and everybody it's the only store I go to. Let me just say thank you to everyone that has ever helped me in this store no matter how small or how complicated an issue I had..

I visited this store to pick up an order and although they didn't have the fastest service, I could tell they were doing what they could to assist everyone. I try to separate the employees from the company leadership and I appreciate those employees. One gentleman greeted everyone with a smile and kindness. The manager, although she helped someone else while assisting me, was thorough. I had an opportunity to sit and watch how they handled business and I personally appreciated how they seemed to do their best to get to everyone, even in a holiday season. Also, Verizon's promotions were absolutely awesome. Of course, they still try to sell/offer you even more but at least what they offered was useful.

Verizon was great 4 years ago. Seemed to work everywhere. Some time in the last year, coverage changed in Raleigh and surrounding areas. Having No data coverage is fairly common. It's too bad because it used to just work with no hassles. Time to shop around.
