Update: updating this to a 3 star. Had to go back again for another package drop off and no issues this time. Fast and easy.
Original review: Went to drop off an Amazon return. According to Amazon: "The UPS Store will pack, label, and ship your return for free. Just bring the item in its original manufacturer’s packaging", but I had to pay over $10 for a large box. Never had an issue with any other UPS store or dropping off at Whole Foods.

I get in the shop try to send staff on my own box he didn’t accept and he started yelling at me because I didn’t buy box from him and he let me go out with some bad words worst experience in this store. I tried to give you my business and follow your policy but you threatened to call the police. I don’t run my business this way and didn’t expect this kind of treatment.

I was having some problems with an Amazon return and without Chrissy and Liz's help I would have had to wait till another day.
I was pushing closing time and they both worked with me until the return was complete. I appreciate their help and their patience!

Really friendly people, always. But 4$ to print an Amazon label...??? Really...??? Sorry but that's just ridiculous.

Yesterday I brought in a large package to ship and the person who greeted me helped me realize that the label I put on the package was incorrect. So I pulled the right label up on my phone and he asked me to forward it to an email address he was pointed at. He then turned around to do something else and while walking away from me I could hear him say something like "that will cost 5-something" (I couldn't hear what he said because he was walking away from me).
I was not expecting a fee and the cost that I thought I heard was a bit surprising, so I asked "did you say it is going to cost me more than 5 dollars to print the shipping label?". Apparently this didn't sit well with him, so he thought it would be appropriate to explain to me how "business works". He said in an extremely condescending voice something like "sir, we provide this as a service to you and we charge for that service," followed by a look that was clearly intended to make me feel like an idiot.
At this point, there was absolutely no way I was going to pay a penny for anything at this store, so I told him I would take care of it myself, picked up my package, and left.
Had he reacted differently, I would have considered paying for the service as it would have saved me some time. Probably not given the relatively exorbitant high cost; I guess we'll never know.
My recommendation to the store owner is to remind your staff that when operating a business, if you do not treat people with some minimum level of respect, then: 1) there are other options in the area and they will take their future business elsewhere, and 2) they are going to make it their mission to tell their friends what happened so that they will avoid having a similar experience.
BTW, I can understand his frustration as I'm sure he gets this reaction a lot because of this "service" they provide. The last time I went to ShipOnSite they scanned the label on my phone, then printed and affixed the label to my package for free. No need to forward to some email address so they can call it a service and charge for it! I will surely remind myself how differently ShipOnSite operates later today when I stop by.

The black man who wears a cap (and I’m black so this isn’t a race bait issue) has got to be the rudest individual that I have EVER met. Answered every single question with the nastiest attitude. I hope you read this you absolute jerk. Customer Service is not your thing.

The people who work here are really friendly, but I think they might be ripping people off. I took in a Amazon return today, which was supposed to be free to return with no packaging needed, and they charged me for packaging. I just chatted with Amazon CS and they confirmed I should not have had to pay anything and did not need to provide packaging to return the item.
I told a friend about this and they said the same thing happed to them at this location a week or two ago - they were charged almost $10.

Consistently good service. I drive out of my way to come to the heritage location instead of the one on falls because the one on falls is the absolute worst. Night and day I love these guys, been bringing my pre labels packages here for 4 years. Not a hiccup at all. The ladies are ALWAYS nice and the guy the wears the hat holds the place down!

My mom passed away and I had a box of China to send to my brother in Texas. I spoke with the manager of this UPS location and he assured me they would be wrapped properly. My brother called me today to let me know that not one single dish was broken! So, thank you so much for doing an excellent job and now he has some memories of our mom.

Elizabeth and her coworkers were AMAZING today. I came in earlier in the day and Elizabeth taped up my package and it was ready to go. I came back about 20 minutes later because I realized that my pharmacist made a mistake and gave me the wrong prescription. Elizabeth reopened the package and added my new prescription without charging me extra or having me make an entirely new order. She knew how frustrated I was with the pharmacist’s mistake and was so accommodating and put me at ease. I will definitely be back. I have always had AMAZING service EVERY TIME!!!!! ?

The African American guy that is always up front is one of the nicest people I have ever met. If he isn’t a manager he should be!! The other staff is always helpful to.
