Great selection of cigars, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Not much of a selection of cigar accessories such as humidors, ashtrays, cutters. And no classic zippos in stock.

I had a great shopping experience at United Zone Store. I'm always looking for the latest products and this is where I found it. The people are nice and are always willing to help you find something or answer your questions. It's a great place to go!

Poor business, purchased a bag of high class rolling tobacco and when I got home and opened the package found that tobacco was dark brown old and molded and my chest actually started to hurt when I tried it, so I took the product back to the shop, I was not compensated, and was told to leave the store that there is nothing they can do for me. Extremely poor business skills and horrible customer service. I will never shop there again.

Used to be better. Shelves are barely stocked and they aren't consistent with restocking. They only carry a few brands and not very many flavors for each brand. The glass and other smoking tools used to be cheaper than the competition, but these days they don't have anything the competition doesn't. That's why they are the lowest rated smoke shop in wake forest.
