“They have been amazing every time we’ve gone. They never once try and upcharge and you can tell they genuinely want to help you get the best price and the safest work. The detail and communication was top notch and they even called ME to let me know about a deal they had which would save me money on a repair we discussed on a prior visit. Highly recommend this family owned shop for ANY vehicle maintenance and repairs. You won’t regret it.
Edited to add: I went back a week later for an oil change because they saw it was needed (during the previous appointment) and called me (again!!) to let me know that they had a special that would save me money for an oil change when I was ready. I was able to get an appointment first thing in the morning and they have been amazing once again. No other mechanic will EVER touch our vehicles again. The peace of mind and genuine kindness of the employees is top notch. They have continued to go above and beyond each and every time I go. Another place told me my vehicle was leaking oil because it required an extra quart during the oil change. That’s standard on my vehicle and not only did CBA recognize that up front, they made sure I knew it’d be a slightly higher charge and made sure I was aware of the total out the door price before beginning any work. That is something that is SO nice because disposable income is a bit tight lately. I’ve never felt like I was being taken advantage of and they worked with me to make sure I got what was needed for the price I could afford. Highly recommend CBA for ANY vehicle needs.”

“I walked in with a coupon from my community for a free oil change, and was given no problems with the coupon to complete the service. I also asked for an inspection for the brakes of my vehicle, and in hindsight I wish I had asked how much the inspection would cost since there was a fee involved and was not made aware of the cost. Overall, I give them 4 stars for quality service, friendly people, and a comfortable waiting room.”

“I had two x5 35d's and decided to buy another one that had issues that nobody could figure out. I have pretty much an intermediate mechanical ability and have close to 10 diesels. Well this X5 had been gone through by two other shops (names withheld) and nobody could figure it out. Well I looked at it and went through it as well and couldn't get the issue resolved. Finally took it to BPC because of their online reviews and recommendations from other BMW forums. They did an initial diagnosis which I disagreed with but when that didn't fix the issue they rolled up their sleeves and put their best tech on it. For those of us who love Diesels there are darn few shops that want to work on them. Well this X5 needed some additional time and they finally figured it out. I told them it was going to be a challenge and it definitely was, HOWEVER THEY RESOLVED THE ISSUE. All I can say is everything you read about them is true.They know their stuff!!! “I have been going to a German car mechanic since I moved to Raleigh 18 months ago. They got it wrong every time and charged very high prices. My last misadventure was last week when I had my battery replaced. 5 days later, car totally dead and would not take a charge.Enter my heroes at Falls Village! Had my car towed there and they got to me in right away. Old mechanic failed to connect new battery properly and these guys knew exactly what to do and had me on my way. My neighbor, who also has a German car, referred them to me as being honest, hardworking, not about ripping you off and very good mechanics. I was not disappointed and so happy to have a good place to take my car. They were also kind and polite,”

“We made a spur of the moment stop. Naz greeted us at the door. We requested a test drive - and even though it was Friday, an hour before closing, in the rain, he never hesitated or rushed us. Naz answered all our questions, took us out for a test drive, answered more questions and then waited patiently while we made some decisions. Well after closing time, we were owners of a new QX80. Naz then stayed with us (in the rain) and 'trained us' on all the basics in our new vehicle. Again, we never felt rushed and he was genuinely nice and professional throughout the process.
