Great store full of great people. Some negative reviews state that the store is disorganized, however, I didn’t have a problem understanding the layout one bit, and I’m left to wonder what could lead them leave a review like that.In addition, the staff was very quick to help and kind. Tracie herself was present and obviously dedicates a lot of time and effort into her store. She’s been selling boots and buckles since I was a kid and it’s especially impressive to have kept the business alive through covid. I will be recommending this store to friends and coworkers.

I recently visited Tracie's Boots & Buckles, hoping to find a unique pair of boots. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon entering, I was immediately struck by the chaotic state of the store. Shelves were disorganized, with stock strewn about haphazardly, making it nearly impossible to find what I was looking for.The staff, though present, seemed more interested in socializing with each other than assisting customers. Several times, I attempted to get someone's attention for help, only to be overlooked as they continued their conversations.When I finally decided on a pair I liked, despite the mess, I had a question about the product. Seeking out the owner for assistance, I found their demeanor rather off-putting. They were curt and seemed annoyed by my questions, providing minimal assistance before moving on.The most disheartening aspect came when I encountered a minor issue with my purchase. I attempted to address this with the owner, hoping for a simple resolution. Unfortunately, my concerns were met with indifference, leaving me feeling ignored and undervalued as a customer.Overall, my visit to Tracie's Boots & Buckles was disappointing. The lack of customer service, coupled with the disarray of the store and the owner's dismissive attitude, made for a shopping experience I'd rather not repeat. It's disheartening when a local business fails to provide the basic courtesy and service one would expect, making it unlikely that I'll return or recommend this store to others.

First time at Tracie's Boots & Buckles the employees were very nice and helpful as can be, Tracie also was very helpful and nice, they take care of their customers, highly recommended doing your shopping for awesome footwear, clothing an accessories at Tracie's Boots & Buckles Definitely not my last time going!

Store has a great selection of boots, clothes, belts, etc. Just felt very uneasy, after being watched and followed around like I was gonna steal something. I was in there with my mom, dad, and pregnant sister. We all had the same feeling after leaving and I spent over $300 on a pair of boots and a belt as well as my dad. The $70 Nocona belt I purchased 2 weeks ago has already torn after only wearing it 3 times to dinner. The staff was very persistent on asking if we needed help with anything every 5 minutes and every time I turned around or walked to look at something I had someone follow me as if I were gonna steal something. Will not be going back. Felt very judged.

Stopped in, because I had been looking online for boots and wanted to get a true feel. Tracie herself helped me. I wasn't sure of exactly what I wanted and she took the time to answer all of my questions (hopefully not too annoying), and brought me an array of choices. What a difference this made! Boot after boot I tried on. Don't think there are many independent small businesses these days that have the inventory and selection that Tracie has! There is no doubt in my mind that I would have made a mistake purchasing online. LOVE my new boots I walked out of there a happy camper! Semper Fidelis

Nice selection of western wear - boots jeans hats shirts etc. Up-to-date fashions. Great customer service and wardrobe advice- they know cowboy style - stacked jeans all the way to correctly shaped hats!

The only things I know about cowboy boots are from off the internet, so all the knowledge I had was a basic idea of how the boots were supposed to fit, and what I wanted them to look like! I read the reviews for Tracie’s and saw how everybody was saying how helpful and patient the staff is, and they totally lived up to it! The young man who helped me was very patient as I tried (and retried) on several different pairs and answered all my questions (I didn’t get his name, otherwise I would give a shout-out!)! The shop is so cute and it is really easy to find and look at the boots! They totally earn the five stars, and I hope to visit again soon!

I went for a pair of steel toe work boots for women. The guy who assisted me was polite, very helpful, and patient with me as I could not decide which boots to get. Most places around here don't have the kind of boot I was looking for so I was excited to see they had in stock everything the website said they had. Highly recommended!!
