Nothing like a good old hometown hardware store. Even better with kind and courteous and knowledgeable people like Chelsea and Colby to make my visit quick easy and delightful. And the icing on the cake is There beautiful fluffy kitty Stanley. Town and Country is my first stop shop for all my hardware needs. Thanks for making this New York born Georgia raised country boy feel at home♥️

I will never go to this store again. Went to exchange my empty propane tank for a new one and got charged for bringing the empty one back.Alerted the cashier of this. She couldn't figure it out so she got another cashier who couldn't figure it out. Finally got some kind of manager who was all of nineteen years old and he finally did get it right.At that point it's really no big deal, I mean they're working, I'm not upset at all and definitely Wouldn't have left a review for something like this.But then I had to wait for the propane guy to come out there and give me one. And when he gave me one i'm pretty sure he slightly opened the valve out of spite. I have no idea why, I wasn't rude. I just wanted them to make it right. I guess that's too much to ask, I mean what's seventy dollars? I guess I should have just allowed their incompetence to overcharge me seventy dollars. But I didn't and they had the nerve to put me in a dangerous situation because of it.If you're the owner and you read this, call me. I'll gladly point out the employee that did it.

Post office services are amazing always. Special shout out to Caitlyn and Lily, the line was super long today and they were calm and working efficiently to get everyone out the door as soon as possible.

I visited for the first time the other day to use the USPS services that is inside the hardware shop. (This review is mainly for the post office inside). I was immediately greeted by the four employees up front. It was a rainy day and I was the only customer. They directed me to the USPS area in the back. This was THE BEST post office visit I have ever had!! There was no line at all. Service was super quick, I was in and out of the building in less than 5 minutes. I also love that they close at 4pm on Saturdays because honestly, it's tough making the cutoff time early on Saturdays! When leaving, I was wished a good day by the same employees. I will be a returning customer for this USPS location and maybe take a look around the hardware store next time.

I've been a long-suffering frequenter of the big orange store, and after a colossally botched order, I decided to move my business to Town & Country.At the risk of sounding cliché, the difference is apparent as soon as you walk in the door. The employees are plentiful and helpful - they genuinely want you to find you what you need. And they're willing to spend the time to help you figure that out - they'll take the time to talk through your project and make recommendations. They're a delight to work with.Prices are super fair too - I would recommend this store in a heartbeat.

Extremely overpriced. Maybe cut back on the employees that are standing around talking and reduce your prices. Also the post office part … convenient. However,I think it’s rare you find a post office that will not allow you to borrow a small piece of tape for a envelope. I needed a very small piece of tape to close a corner of a envelope and they would not give me a piece. Signs are posted clearly that they will not provide tape or bubble wrap. I understand that. But it’s not like I needed more than 1/2 inch of tape. You guys were going to let me LEAVE OR PURCHASE TAPE. I just licked the envelope old school style in front of the clerk. That’s gross but if I left I wasn’t coming back. Now I won’t go back. I’ll drive to the big box ? hardware store for reasonably priced items and I’d rather drive across town to the post office that would gladly give me a last minute piece of tape for a tiny envelope.

Wyatt and his team are the absolute best at Town & Country Hardware. They stand behind everything they sell. I’ve purchased a Traeger and Big Green Egg from them, and have been happy since day one. I recently had a tiny, warrantable issue with my BGE, and Wyatt went out of his way to take care of it for me. Absolutely the one spot in Wake Forest for grill supplies, YETI, Big Green Egg, Traeger, etc.

I've been there a number of times. Gary is the best. He really knowledge and takes pride in his work. He doesn't give up on a project until your both satisfied with what you're looking for. I look for him every time. Give him two thumbs up.

The customer service at Town and Country is the absolute best in the business and that starts with Wyatt. Anytime I have an issue he goes above and beyond to take care of the problem and offers excellent advice. He treats each and every customer like gold. I don’t think you can find better service than what Wyatt and his team provides.
