Came in today to get it fixed after my wife called and talked to someone that said they'd be expecting us and it wouldn't be long and they would get us in right away only to be told that I needed to make an appointment otherwise it was going to be 3 plus hours just to find what is going on. Not thrilled about my purchase or the service this place provides.

“I went early Saturday morning, so I expected it to be busy. I only waited for about 45 minutes for an alignment. I understand it is out of the workers control but their system should stop scheduling so many 8 AM appointments. Other than that, the environment was super friendly.”

Only issue is that they only have one AC tech that doesn’t work Wednesdays or Saturdays. I made my online appointment for a Wednesday, unaware of the scheduling mistake, and the website didn’t inform/stop me. They called me about 20 minutes before my appointment to advise, but I was already on the road.”
