I absolutely love this store! In an era of mostly miserable customer service, this store is a notable and refreshing exception.
I have two shoutouts to give:
1) Brandon - This gentleman patiently helped me to find an office chair that was just right for me and also took care of a price match. Thank you for all your help, Sir!
2) Alex - He is always so friendly and welcoming.

I know next to nothing about anything involving printing or cardstock, and yet despite it first being an intimidating and stressful experience, the employee named Alex helped me with everything.
I had a ton of questions, I messed a few things up, and I felt so burdensome. Yet, Alex helped me swiftly, effectively, and without a single sign of resent or irritation.
Most other employees I know at other stores would've sighed due to my ignorance or would have been frustrated with me due to my mistakes, yet Alex displayed none of this.
It was a completely positive experience and the rest of the employees were very kind and helpful with assisting me! I will be back again!

Great store, good products, well organized and most importantly, helpful and friendly associates. The young man who helped me knew exactly what I was trying to find and even told me about new office chairs coming in. He was great. Good customer service is hard to come by these days, but not at Staples in Wake Forest.
