No Integrity. Their equipment broke off a piece of my car. Guess what? They won't take responsibility. The manager dismissed me saying the dealership will fix it but they don't. Your business cleans cars but then your tunnel breaks them and you won't own it?! Never coming back.

I have always valued the service at this location. Not today. The crew was inside when they finally came out they kept the conversation going and did little to prep the car. They did not guide the car properly and laughed when it corrected itself. Then they returned inside.

Buy a coupon book to get great value!!!
Update on the couple book. Each ticket got me 2 washes, however the second wash had to be done within 4 days. That was a surprise and disappointment at the same time.
May 2024. No deals, except a 20% bonus on gift card purchases.

I've been coming here frequently since they opened and had always had a positive experience, until this week. This is where I always take my car, my wife's, and my fleet vehicles. My wife took my car there as a surprise this week, and when she left, she didn't even make it a quarter mile down the road before a tire went flat. It was a large slit down the sidewall, an area where no road hazard could damage and the tires are only a little over a year old, and the site manager's reply was 'It didn't happen to other cars so I stand by the fact that it wasn't our machine'. One tire would have been like $80 out the door, and instead of providing strong customer service or even offering a refund for the wash, they said tough luck. Highly recommend NOT using this location, and using somewhere like Wake Forest Auto Spa.

Come here all the time and love it.
Jumped out to wipe my car down and my AirPods fell out of my pocket. Did not realize until I made it home. Came back and they were in the office. They said they saw me drop them on the ground and held on to them for me. This is amazing and so honest Thank you so much, great crew at Roger’s rd.

Do wish they had a few more chemicals to clean the car with but they have a great machine to clean floor mats and great vacuums

It's a great deal but the customer service is severely lacking. I can't tell you how many times I've pulled up and the machine either tells me I don't have a membership or I've exhausted my two car washes of the day from my unlimited plan already. Sometimes I get lucky on one of the guys will come over to help me out but there have also been many other times or not a single person has come over to help me out. The guys can also sometimes be pretty lazy when they're doing the initial hose down before you go through the wash.
