I've been coming to this store for a few years, and in my experience it's perfect to shop there to stock up. In the cafeteria the cinnamon pretzels are the best, and I wished they fixed their soda machines in the cafeteria(nothing against the cafeteria), because my mtn dew tasted weird, but while I came back they fixed the soda fountain machines. My favorite drink there in Sam's Club cafe is the MTN DEW berry monsoon, and I love the color and the flavor. The employees there are excellent, and professional!!! Overall good place to shop for the big supplies like for example a big supplies of mouthwash, two pack cheerios. I think what would be better, and awesome if the store had a few more items like protein waffles, and more variety of groceries like other original grocery stores do. Don't worry we love shopping there all the time, I just like to shop anywhere. Thank you Sam's Club for being the best!!!!

This review is about the online tire ordering and local store installation process. First off, I was able to get the 4 Michelin tires I wanted from Sam's at a good price, compared to other options. But there are some issues with their processes that added at least a week delay until my tires were available at the store. I ordered the tires on Jan 3. They were not available at the store when I ordered, so was told it would take a few days for them to arrive. No problem. So I checked a few days later and found that they had a partial order delivered. I checked back again several days later only to find that the status was unchanged. I called the store and was told that they were unaware that my order was only partially delivered. So, the person placed an order for the remaining tire to be delivered. Checked the online status and few days later and it was still unchanged. Called the store and tire was in and I scheduled the installation. That went well. On a lark I checked my order status online and it still showed that my only order was still only partially delivered.

Of I could give this location "0" stars I would.I bought my tires from Sam's Club in Rocky Mount, NC.While shopping in Wake Forest This past Monday, I went to the Sam's Club location in Wake Forest to have a nail pulled out of my left rear tire. The tire department is "incompetent". They do not know how to fix a tire and put a plug in it.Needless to say, my tire lost all of its air overnight, and I had to have another repair shop fix the tire and put in a new plug in the tire.The cost to me was an additional $35.00 for this repair.I have an appointment this coming Monday, July 24th and I will be seeking compensation for the money I had to put out for this repair......

Sams club has caused over $400 worth of damage to my vehicle after doing a pick up order. A bottle of soap was busted after an employee put it in the back of my car. 3 minutes after leaving, a sensor error is shown in my dash. The entire jug of soap leaked into my third row and went into my seatbelt sensors. The assistant manager was the one that loaded my car. Sams club refuses to take any sort of responsibility for damaging my car and wasting hours of my time to handle this situation. Now, they claim that it's my responsibility because I should've gotten out of my car to check after them. Buyer beware. They don't care about their customers.

Great location, friendly staff! Just bought tires from Sam's club and worked with Steven. Awesome attention to detail, very professional and very friendly- I felt very comfortable buying our tire from him!!! If looking for tires ask for Steven!

I buy gasoline from this Sam's location in Wake Forest. It really concerns me that for the last several weeks the gas pumps on the left drive lane has issues with pumps being blocked off and not working. It would seem to me that with the long lines at the station awaiting fill ups that Sam's would be more diligent in keeping all the pumps is service. Nothing is more frustrating than to get in a pump lane and only one pump is in service. This has happened the last 4 trips to refuel our vehicles.

It's been years since we had a big box store membership, but I was able to snag a great deal thru my job and thought our family might benefit.Very pleased with the store itself, and there was a lovely young woman at the front who got us our ID cards. The store is very clean, very organized and well-lit. The few employees I interacted with were all very friendly - one went so far as to hunt down a specific item for me! The Sam's Club app is terrific - you can scan as you go, pay via the app, show your receipt on your phone at the door and you're done! The restaurant area is very small, but the prices are terrific. A large unsweetened tea and a big pretzel set me back $1.96. Wow! Maybe my only criticism would be the parking lot design - the gas pumps are always completely overcrowded and the gas customers literally block the one entrance to the main parking area. Very poor planning. Anyway, we've been twice in about a month. Grabbed a great winter Eddie Bauer jacket for $34, the most delicious burnt ends (!), and some really unique keto items and prepared foods. Definitely recommend, but be aware parking lot can get messy!

Pam standing at the exit while scanning people's receipt had a conversation with a customer about their disproval of my service dog and other service dogs that have come in the store. The exit greeter scanned one item of the white three people in front of me with full carts. I had 5 and she search my entire cart, I asked what she is looking for, she said just in case, in case what I asked. In case I missed something. In other words if I am stealing. It was obvious to me she check the black people cart more than the whites. And I called her out on it. I will be posting the video soon..

Every single time we order something online from this Sams , it comes beat up and damaged. Do the guys play football with the items or what. Unacceptable!! Not ordering again!

Horrible business. My mom has been a member for 4 years and she sent me with a picture of her card to buy groceries. We spent an hour getting everything picked out and then unpacked into the register. The rude cashier said I need to go to member services since I don't have the card. We wait 30 minutes in member services line and the rude cashier says she can't help us because I'm not my mom or dad. Absolutely ridiculous. I have my ID showing I AM THEIR KID. THEY SENT ME HERE. WITH THEIR CARD. and I was denied service. If you are thinking of buying a membership, don't. The people who work here will spit on your grave and laugh.
