Walgreens in Wake Forest faces challenges with customer service and staffing, especially during busy times. While the pharmacy has some helpful staff, including a pharmacist named Caleb and a pharmacy tech who was kind and assisted with insurance discounts, the overall service can be slow and lacking due to insufficient staffing. The store is located in a high-traffic area and is a converted Rite Aid, which results in a different layout and less product variety compared to other Walgreens in the area. Despite these issues, there are helpful employees who guide customers and assist with prescriptions, making the process smoother. However, the pharmacy often struggles to keep up with the growing population, and customers feel that the store needs more employees and better service to meet their needs. Overall, it’s a convenient option, but not always the first choice due to stock and service concerns.
Have met excellent personnel. The store has always been clean and well stocked

This Walgreens is newer, the one I have used for years is about a mile away and worth the extra minute or so. The front employees at this Walgreens are not at all attentive or friendly.
