Opened a business mailbox, they were redoing the mailboxes so we did not get a key, the business has now been closed for over a week, with no heads up to the closing and with no one to get a hold of and no way to get our mail. This is a bad way of doing business

I had a very disappointing experience with Qwik and Ship. I dropped off a package on Saturday, but they did not release it to the driver and did not even open their office since Monday. Their unprofessional behavior resulted in a significant delay in the delivery of my package. I contacted their customer support team, but they did not provide a satisfactory explanation or resolution for the issue. I would caution against using Qwik and Ship in the future and suggest looking into alternative shipping options that prioritize timely and reliable delivery.

Saved time and money. Went in with my USPS "if it fits it ships" box. Fist off, no line like at the post office. Was recommended to change to another courier with different packaging. With the change, cost went from over $29 to under $14, including a new box. Delivery was a day faster too. Fantastic savings, great place.

They’ve got old-school business hours, so it doesn’t hurt to either call ahead or drop by when you’ve got other things to do in that plaza. Excellent service. Always helpful. Fully recommend.

"All you can do is all you can do" ...so said a great mentor of mine from many years ago. This Qwik Pack and Ship location in WF does that on every interaction I have had for their services. Always convenient and efficient. Sorry to hear about some of you 1 star complainers. Until I experience such service I will always recommend this location above any other!!!

Excellent service. I needed to ship an expensive laptop for repairs and they helped me package it to the very exacting requirements of the instructions from Acer. They went through two feet of bubble wrap for me and showed me they could flip the box around without it moving. They were very friendly and helpful.
