The desk clerks were very courteous and knowledgeable about future service. Service was performed as requested and in a timely manner. We appreciate the complimentary snacks and beverages while we waited for our car.

Quick, knowledgeable service. I was a walk-in on a Saturday and my car was done within 2 hours, with a line at the door when I arrived. I didn't understand something on the paperwork and I took it inside to ask for clarification.. the employees didn't make me feel stupid for asking clarifying questions that I maybe should have known. Overall, great experience.

Not a "quick" lane at all. Every time I come here I'm here for at least 2hrs. If it wasn't a part of my plan, I'd take my car to Take 5... they get your oil changed in less than 5 minutes. And a tire rotation doesn't take 2 hours... especially when I can count 6 techs and only 3 cars.
UPDATE: And based on the conversations I am overhearing... the Service Department is sending cars over to QuickLane to be worked on and they just sent 2 other vehicles over. And mine still has yet to be taken care of.

I have been to a lot of Quicklane and Ford dealers around the country - this location has my best service experience in 15+ yrs. Honest explanations and no pressure to perform extra work - just friendly service. Highly recommend!

Phenomenal service, service advisor Chris set realistic expectation as to time upfront and answered all my questions. Helped to ensure my extended warranty covered something that was found unexpectedly and then called me before to confirm before doing the service. I continue to use this place because of people there like Chris. Even helped me gather quotes for tires and a few other parts I was looking at. Excellent service and awesome service advisors ! Will continue to do business with this location !

Quick? Nope…. You can sit for 3 hours and wait. I looked up the definition of quick and I think it was less than that.

I have been taking my 2007 Ford Explorer for service to this location for the past 13 years now. They always provide an accurate estimate of time it will take for oil changes and any other service. I dont feel they are ever selling me something extra that was not needed or asked for. Very Courteous and easy to work with.Services: Tires

I purchased my vehicle at Crossroads Ford Wake Forest and have been doing business with them for many years. I stopped by with a few questions about my vehicle and Tine answered all my questions and he did a free battery test for me. He has always given me excellent customer service for many years now! 2-3hrs waiting for a quick oil change???? R U serious???never going back here again. They can keep their 2free oil changes. I rather pay 40bucks at a jiffylube and get it done within 15mins. Ty
