The staff at Quality Plus Automotive are the best! This is my daughters first car. She says she could feel how smooth it drives now that the oil has been changed. I have to thank Jacob and the rest of the guys at Quality Plus Automotive in Wake Forest. I have been bringing my family vehicles there for over four years now, and we have just added the newest addition to the Quality Plus Automotive Family. Their service is great, I like the call before they start any maintenance to make sure I'm aware of everything that's going on with the vehicles. You can't ask for better service anywhere. I trust them.

Everyone here was so nice and they explained everything in detail. They shared with me the most important things that needed to be fixed on my car and then suggested a couple of other things for a later time. They never pressured me to do anything… they simply made suggestions. They made a detailed print out of what they had worked on and included things that would be needed down the road. I was so tired of being “talked into stuff” at the dealer. I’m so happy I went to Quality Plus!

I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee to Quality plus for the first time to repair a headlight. I had appointment booked and when I arrived I accidentally scheduled appointment for the one in Raleigh rather than Wake Forest. I was met by Chris who was so extremely professional and every employee who walked by me waved and welcomed me. Chris did not stay focused on the reason that my appointment was for another location, he immediately asked what I needed done and told me don't worry we'll get it done. This meant a lot to me as I live 5 min away from the one in wake forest and it was my only day off. The online process for approving service is extremely user friendly. Im one who has always taken my vehicle to the dealership for everything but due to no appointments available I figured I'll give them a try. Im glad I did! They had better pricing than the dealership and the welcoming environment will make me a customer for life. I will only bring my vehicle to them from now on. They were not pushy and the work was done right the first time. Thank you Chris and Quality plus team.

Excellent service! And great price for an oil change!! They got my vehicle in at the appointed time and even assigned an extra technician to my vehicle to get it done faster. I will definitely be back!

For my 2010 Subaru Outback, normal maintenance was expertly performed. Oil change, safety inspection, new cabin and air filters plus a task which was needed but I had put off. The polishing of the drivers side headlight lens. Much more cost effective than replacing the lens. The workmanship was excellent and delivered at a fair price. I especially appreciated the use of a loaner car for that day.
