Precision tune in Wake Forest on Roger road. Phil and Sebastian and all the techs are awesome guys. I like going to them because they do all my car repairs. My inspections oil changes everything that I need done. And they get you done, they are fair with you. My only beef with this location is that the waiting room constantly goes from blasting cold air to no air, an odd fluctuation, and you can't sit outside bc of the heat and ant issue. No complaints about the service or lack of professionalism.

It’s not always about the Brand. The mechanics and front desk support here are why most of us are still able to get back to work. Just today, A Saturday when no one else could get it done, I came in with tears knowing if I can’t get my car up and running today that I was going to lose my Job that I dropped everything to get, this Job means I could feed them and without the car I had no options. Phil, Sebastian, and Phil’s only other mechanic there that day ( I believe Ben) there had over 2 dozen cars to work on. Phil came up to me, “ listen I can get this done today, no worries I know you’ve been loyal to us, I can get this done.” I had a car that I knew wouldn’t make it another mile when I brought it in and he was able to pull my car together in a matter of a few hours, after handling some priority customers, and made absolute sure that I could make it to the next time I could see him for my tune up. If this man can treat me with respect, a nobody who barely has connections, we need to give this man some respect and understand he’s doing more than his best with smile on his face to help somebody and everyone that comes into his shop. This isn’t even mentioning his tenacious support Representative Sebastian. I’ve heard some of the conversations customers bring and Sebastian pushes through and takes it. He doesn’t break spirit working with these folks that have no respect for these ESSENTIAL workers. I said it already, these men deserve the highest level of respect for their work especially their ethical business practice in handling their service. Where most people charge you and expect you to pay them again when they make a mistake, these guys take honesty and integrity to another Level. I went for a oil change rotate tires,change out headlight bulbs.I took my own bulbs.when they supposedly finished before I got mile down the road they called and said the technician forgot to plug up the headlight.but when I got there he went under the truck to see if he had tighted the oil plug .an when I got home and tryed the headlight weren't working .soi had to take it back again..it wasn't plugged up .he it come loose I didn't believe that .piss poor service.I willn't .be going back there

I had my van towed to Precision Tune on a Thursday afternoon. I spoke with them as the van was on the way, and they said they would look at it and get back to me as soon as they knew something. I called them just before close of business on Friday to get an update, and they told me they had not had a chance to look at it because they were about 24 hours behind. They called me at 8:58 Saturday morning and left me a message. I called back at 10:05 when I saw they had called, and I was told they needed to do a diagnostic (which I approved) and they would get back to me after that. I called right before close of business (5:00) and was told they couldn't get to the diagnostic because they had to take the van out after I didn't call back for a while. I understand them pulling the van out when I didn't answer right away, but to not get it back in within 7 hours of me calling back?! Why was I not the first car in line after I called back? They were closed Sunday, so I went by Monday morning in person. I spoke to the man at the front desk, and he said when I didn't call back for a while on Saturday they had to pull the van out. I told him I called back about an hour after they called, to which he told me, "I don't think it was that short after." See exact times above. When I pulled out my phone to show what time I called, he told me he wasn't trying to argue. Except, that's exactly what he was doing...arguing that I (the customer) didn't know when I called. What?! To me, that's terrible customer service. A simple, "Sorry about that, sir." would have gone a long way. I eventually asked them to keep the key at the front desk and I had the same tow company come back to pick up the van and take it elsewhere. I have been coming here for a few years and have not had issues like this before. The guys have been great. However, after this incident, and the subpar customer service, I will not be coming back.

Pulled in 5 minutes before closing with a flat tire. They took a look, plugged it, and had me out the door in 15 minutes. Definitely made a crumby situation better with how awesome they were in the circumstances!

Oh I brought my car here on Wednesday I was told that I was going to have my car back the same day come to find out they say the technician so called had a family emergency which means they did not get to my car in time which means I have to wait a whole Nother day for my car. Just for me to get here on Friday and my car still is saying the same thing engine hot AC off so when I come back all they really tell me is they will try to get to it after I have already spent $500 on a repair and my car is not fixed and I have been stuck at the shop because I did not have a ride or intent on needing a ride back from precision and he the technician is still not here.

My experience with Precision Tune Auto Care of Wake Forest was great. I brought my vehicle in to have an alignment done and Sebastian at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The place is clean and fairly spacious. There was no wait when I came in and they were able to bring my vehicle in immediately as soon as I checked in. I did call ahead of time before coming in to make sure they weren't too busy, which I'm sure made a difference. Overall, I would suggest this place for quick services on your vehicle based on the experience I received.

Extremely pleased with how I was helped at Precision. Phil, Jacob, and Sebastian gave top notch customer service and kept me informed every step of the way. You can tell these guys care about what they do and the service they provide. Wish I found them sooner!

Absolute master mechanics. Both Phil and Rich worked together on my fuel pump replacement. Spent ~ 2 hours troubleshooting with a bolt that wouldn’t go back on but they were able to use an electric saw to fix/improvise it and get me back on the road as promised. Sebastian at the front desk was also great.Would definitely recommend them for any major labor jobs.

We have become customers here and are so pleased with the service here. We own two Subarus and Precision was recommended to us by a long-time Subaru owner who has 400,000+ miles on his Soob. Phil is wonderful and the techs are great. We have had brake work done, oil changes, and other routine work and are very happy with Precision. The only negative is the parking lot is always jam packed, but I guess that is a reflection of how much people love them!

Ive changed my oil there recently and after i came back home i noticed that the oil is leaking. I came back there to resolve the issue and i was told that there is no issue. I showed them pics of my messed garage.floor with oil and they said that they are not responsible for that. BLUF: Left my car for 24+ hours for an oil change and it never got done.Dropped my car here for an oil change around 10:30am and they said it would be ready later that day. No problem.I call at 4pm (2 hrs before they close) to see what the status is and they said it would be done before they close and to expect a 6pm pick up. No problem.I get a call back from them at 5pm saying they won't get to it tonight and it'll be done first thing in the morning. No problem.I don't hear anything for a couple hours the next morning so I call to see what's up. They said it would be done in 45 minutes. I'm starting to have my doubts....I show up to the shop 45 minutes later and see my car still hasn't moved from where I left it. THEN they said they were about to pull it in, give them less than 50 minutes.Took the key and left. Don't promise something if you can't back it up. It's a huge inconvenience for people. At the very least, apologize and see if there's anything that can be done to keep a customer's business. Now I'm on the hunt for a place that values their customers and doesn't see them as an inconvenience.
