The absolute worst grooming service ever. After a reschedule, after a 3 hour wait. We were the first appointment. 8 am. Took 3 hours. And this is the job they did. The lead groomer no less! Don't take your pets here. If I could post a 0 I would.

Surprisingly there weren't many customers there around 1:30. Phone purchasing is always slow so I expected that, but 2 young guys really acted as though they didn't want to help. I was told to go to different locations twice while they made small conversation and giggles with customers they were serving. I mean really there's a time and place for that. We are there to purchase and move on. It's a workplace not a Social Hour. You need a real Supervisor that can keep things moving in courteous way...Please respect us and our time. You're getting paid for yours. We are not.

We attended 12 weeks of dog training with Katelynn. She is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. Our dog (and the humans in my family!) learned so much highly recommend!

The employees were so friendly and professional. They had great knowledge and really cared about the pets. Only gave 4 stars due to the lacking section for small animals. The knightdale store had so much in that area, but every other petco I go to now, barely have anything for hamsters

I went in to pick out 2 goldfish for my daughter, once she picked one out she wanted I went up to a gentleman to ask for assistance, he said he would come help. She showed him which fish she wanted, he tried to catch it but it was super fast and we lost the fish. He was very patient and kind to her, the three of us searched for the fish she wanted. We couldn't find it and she picked another one, he caught that one. She was unsure of the second one she wanted so he said take our time and keep an eye on the one we want while he helped another guest. She found one and we kept an eye on it til he came back, she showed him which one she wanted and he again was very patient and kind, and caught the fish. He handed her the bag of fish with a smile on his face and said to come back and visit him, I asked for his name told me it was Frankie. He is the most kind, patient, and gentle person I have come across in a very long time and appreciated the time and attention he gave to my daughter.

I’ve spent $400 since getting a terrible grooming job on Sunday. My dog has razor burns on his ears but I was told by the groomer he had a possible ear infection because he kept shaking his head which he didn’t have when I dropped him off .He was shaking his head. His butt hole was infected because the groomer must have really gotten in there to cut his butt area; it was super red on Sunday when I picked him up and he was scooting on the floor.She says he had cuts on his lips which is possibly an injury that was there prior to drop off though I didn’t see or notice any damage prior to drop off. He spent the day at the vet and came home with antibiotics, three medications, and a cone.I will NEVER use them or any retail groomer again especially not these ppl.Then they lied to me to boot. They cancelled his original appointment due to technical problems in their system and my dog was rebooked at 8am a week later. I was promised a discount for the inconvenience but didn’t get it.

I an new to the area and my first stop was for dog food.Staff were friendly and store was clean. One employee even shared a great tip on a sale item.Which I snagged for my little dog.Overall a great experience. Ill be back often.
