Had our dog groomed there twice & was very pleased. Was looking forward to taking him back for his next groom but after trying multiple times (calling & texting) I continued to get no response from them. Disappointing.

Sean and his Team at Pampered pooch are so great. They are extremely patient with our high maintenance dog and always communicate drop off and pick up times. They are very prompt. I especially appreciate the manner in which they handle the dogs. Ours feels extremely loved and cared for when being groomed.

Initially I was very pleased with their services. They groomed my little "fur baby" several times and did a great job. However, the only way you can request an appointment is through text message. The last time I wanted to make an appointment, I sent them several messages, but they never responded. So I had to find another groomer. Not a good way to run a business.

Absolutely wonderful experience! This was our first experience at Pampered Pooch. We have a fluffy aussie mix and they brushed out all of his matted fur, he smelled so good from his bath and knew exactly how to trim him without doing too much. Definitely will be coming back. Service was excellent and the owners were so very friendly.

So glad we found Kylene for our two big Floofs! With other groomers, our Great Pyrenees dreaded going to his appointments. Pampered Pooch goes above and beyond to work with Stihl to make it a positive experience for him. Our Berner left his last appointment looking amazing and he was so proud of how handsome he looked!

I have a very hyper, vocal husky. I have taken her to 2 places trying to get her groomed before coming here. The 2 places were not able to brush her, cut her nails, dry her, nothing. I brought her here and I was able to get everything done for her. I got updates on how she was and what was going on. I got a text when she was ready and when I picked her up, I was looking at a different dog. They did amazing work and will be returning with her. I recommend them to anyone I talk to that has a dog looking for grooming.

My pups are particular ones a rescue and shy, another a big golden with lots of hair, and two stubborn minis. Kylene and Sean are so sweet and patient w them. Thank you!!
