I have been going there for 3 years and feel rushed through the exams so they can get to the next patient. The intake tech offered me the service of having a retinal scan for $40. I declined the offer and later learned that my insurance covers the retinal scans at no charge. Do they just tell everyone it's $40 hoping they will pay it? I picked a frame that was a demo and discontinued and when my glasses came back, most of the decorative embellishments (quite obvious) had fallen off. Also, my current prescription for progressive lenses isn't quite right. I'm always willing to give the benefit of the doubt because stuff happens, but when it's multiple items that go wrong, there's a pattern.

Megan was beyond. amazing. I was somewhat indecisive. She took her time with me to help me pick out the best options for me. Hands-down the best experience I’ve at any of your locations.

Our family decided it was time to find a new eye doctor. We had been with the same eye practice for a few years because of insurance and it was just never a pleasant experience, to say the least!I am SO glad we decided to go ahead and give MyEyeDr on Capcom in Wake Forest a try. We all saw Dr. price who was very professional and thorough. I really can’t say enough about how smooth our entire visit was. From the exam, to picking out frames, the order process and final pick up. They were really busy since it was a Saturday, but the staff was very friendly and we never felt rushed or pressured into anything. For the first time ever, I walked out the door relaxed and confident that we were in good hands. I am still in shock at how seamless the experience was. This will definitely be our new home for vision care.

My son and I went in for glasses and this was the best experience. Everyone in the office was amazing. I ended up going back for contacts and they were even better! Thanks so much MyEyeDr. This is my permanent location for this single father!

can not speak highly enough about this place and Dr. Price. the man has saved my eye twice now. For some reason i keep having animals scratch my cornea throughout my life..... which (i grew up skateboarding , and ive had broken/cracked bones that are not nearly as painful) either way......... dr.price has taken me at a moments notice both times and fixed my eye. the place is clean, they open on time, everyone is super nice. and just a genuinly good, super knowlegeable dude. you can tell he loves what he does and is super friendly. i dont write reviews unless the place is truly deserving of praise or slander, and this guy /company is worth the praise. :-D

Last time I was there, the doctor made insensitive racial comments. My sister and parents have had less than ideal experiences there as well.

The Optician was in a hurry and didn’t show me the invoice, after paying the amount for the frame and anti glare, I realized that she charged me an eyewear protection plan, she did not mention it on my visit, she just added on my bill!!!Disappointed!!!

This location has messed up my order for my daughters glasses 3 months in a row and has made me drive back out to "re-order" 3 times. Each time a month later i hear nothing back and i will call to check on the status just for them to tell me i need to come back in and order them again because whoever helped me didn't put the order in. When you complain they pass the blame around and said someone in a different departments fault and they take no accountability for the mistake what so ever. I would suggest finding a new location or company entirely and save yourself the trouble. My daughter would be 3 months without glasses if i didnt order from online for her in advance. They do not care about their patients.

My 1st visit & appt here on 1/5/23 & had a great experience. Madison greeted me ahead of the Dr. & had to do a few tests with me & she was very pleasant. The Dr. was quick but thorough & the waiting area while waiting to pick out my glasses was crazy busy. (They are clearly understaffed). Another young lady greeted me, said she would be with me shortly, then looked bombarded with a couple other customers walking over to her. Madison then came out again & assisted me. (I believe while still helping others in exam rooms). She reminded another worker how a customer was waiting before she took a walk in & she kept calm & composed. She fisninshed helping me process my order & measurements & as much as she looked a little frustrated from the excess work, Madison continued to smile, help me & assisted the other customer waiting. I thanked her & I sure hope she knows what a great job she is doing! She made my visit positive & pleasant! :)~Danielle

Terrible with communication and being polite when I was concerned about the status of my order. The person I always needed to speak to was "on lunch" or "out of the office" all the time.

I had some problems with my prescription and glasses from back in January. The glasses fitting department tried a couple of things, including new lenses but I still had a problem. After further discussion it was agreed that I should have my prescription rechecked. This time I saw Dr. Price, I don't recall who I saw before. He spent the necessary time to recheck my eyes and noted my prescription from January was off a little bit. I got my new lenses today and they are great.I want to thank Dr. Price and his team for a job well done! Thanks!
