**UPDATE**: I really appreciate how quickly the MedFirst Regional Coordinator, Colleen Wickerham, reached out to me and assured me they are getting more staffing help for the WF location. She was very genuine and thus I am increasing my review to a 4-star review, and we will be returning the next time someone is our house gets sick. Thanks for being so proactive Colleen and reaching out to provide this extra bit of detail!! :-)I will first off say that Maria Marshall the PA-C is amazing as many others have already stated!!! My issue with this facility is certainly not with her. It’s the front desk (or lack thereof) and the Site Coordinator, Joyce.Both times we visited recently, we had to work with Joyce. To say she enjoys working there would be quite inaccurate. She is mostly unpleasant and apathetic. My daughter honestly was wondering if Joyce was mad at her, which of course I told her no of course not. It might be Joyce is just simply overwhelmed, as I asked her if she wears a lot of hats around here, and she said “OHHH YES”.We came in both times to an empty front desk, and Joyce would eventually appear several minutes later without any greeting or smile. She ran the front desk, the triage area, AND the lab area where blood is drawn.As much as my daughter loved Maria Marshall and her friendliness and warmth, we will probably not be returning simply because of the staffing issues. Hope this helps someone.

Kind staff (doctor and nurses), the receptionist (not the one in training) was passive/condescending and made me feel like I was a problem to be asking why my appointment was 1 HOUR late. Clean environment, PA was welcoming and willing to have patience with me as I had many questions.

I recently moved to Wake Forest from Long Island. When I began to feel ill, I had no idea where to go to seek treatment. I stopped in to your facility, and I immediately knew I made the right choice. The waiting room was immaculate, and the people were kind, polite and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend your office to others.

This clinic is friendly and very efficient..I have been 3 times. Fist time I had a urine infection and they were very good to me took me right away..second time I had staples to remove in my head and they took.care them as well..the 3rd time I had covid and the were in target with the prescription too..I am very satisfied with them..

Went to walk in at 2:00 and there is a sign stating they’ve reached their max capacity for walkins. There was nobody in there waiting to be seen. Completely empty. Don’t waste your time.

Wonderful practice. I moved to NC from Miami and had so many emergencies the first couple of months and I’m so thankful I found Dr. Marshall. I decided she was the perfect doctor to be my primary. Great staff. They are so nice and knowledgeable. I love this practice and would recommend everyone to them. Fast and efficient. They answer your voicemails and actually call you back to answer any concerns. They’re absolutely spectacular. I am so grateful for the care they’ve taken with all my chronic conditions and having an urgent care as well. You can’t go wrong coming here.

All of the staff and Dr.Maria Marshall are AMAZING!! They listen to what you have to say and truly care about you as a patient! I’ve had horrible experiences with other doctors so I’m very grateful I found Dr.Marshall. 10000% recommend this practice!
