Me and my wife came here to purchase a mattress. It was a wonderful experience and the manager; Steven, was great. He made us feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable. He gave us helpful tips and considerations. He was also budget conscious and did not pressure us to buy. I highly recommend coming here for a mattress.

Me and my Fiancé went to this mattress store in wake forest and immediately were met with the nicest welcome, his name is Steven, and was very patient and walked us through everything that we could have imagined and had an answer for everything, very knowledgeable, we loved that he was trying to get us a mattress that WE wanted and helped us get it, if you want top notch service from a humble person that will work with you to get what YOU want, than look no further, wouldn’t even bother goin anywhere else.

The manager of this store donated a mattress to me for swananoa victims. Need a mattress…come buy one or two here. Customer service is #1 to me. He didnt even hesitate . There will be tears of joy coming to a person in need. Shop where there is heart and soul. God bless

This store has over promised and under delivered. After spending thousands on a new mattress and setting a delivery time. After later reviewing with the manager. The order was corrected and proper measures were taken to make the experience better.

I recently visited Mattress Firm and had the pleasure of being assisted by Steven. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted right away. Steven was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, presenting a range of mattress options that fit within my budget. He also suggested some reasonable upgrades that I’m glad I considered.
I ended up choosing the iSeries® 2.0 Hybrid 3000 13.5" Medium mattress, and though it’s only been a few days, I already notice a huge improvement! My back pain has eased significantly, and I’m sleeping through the night without interruptions—something I haven’t experienced in a long time.
Steven truly went above and beyond to ensure I made the right choice. I highly recommend visiting Mattress Firm and working with him!
