Probably the best Lowes I've been to ever. Doesn't hurt that they have a great hot dog vendor outside pretty much daily, (in the sping thru early fall)

I went to this location to have 2 keys made. The first one we got made was at the bigger key cutting machine towards the front of the store. No problem. I guess that machine doesn't make duplicates for mailbox keys, so, we went to the smaller one. Waited and waited for what felt like 10 mins until I went to get help. An employee told me he'd call to get us assistance. The assistance never came until a very nice gentleman that doesn't even work in that dept noticed us and came over to help. I recently moved to this area from Brier Creek and I noticed that a lot of workers here (no matter the store) seem to be lazy or in some type of daze. They're very polite but they also seem out of it. Interesting.

This store is pretty great except for the paint department recently. On our last few visits, the male employees haven't uttered a single sound when we've asked for tinting ... No acknowledgement whatsoever. They take the paint and walk off. Quite unpleasant and very unlike the rest of the store. Probably why the "mistints" shelf was overflowing.

In this modern age of do it yourself, I enjoy the experience of getting customer service, so I don't have to do everything myself.
I came to see if they had stock on a clearance item and was immediately greeted and assisted.
They had sold out of the item I was looking for. The trip was productive because I purchased another item I needed.
The item was easy to find and priced right.
I will shop here again.

I ordered a custom door in April; was informed of a lead time and that was acceptable. Door was delivered to store with in 3 weeks; which is great. However I was never notified and had to finally go into the store to find out it had been sitting in the back for 5 weeks. Upon inspection the glass paneled door had been completed caked in primer. I was assured that the film and primer could be easily removed; NOT the case. Removing the film and primer took my contractor 2 hours to, which I was responsible for. The overall experience was poor enough that i decided to go into the store to speak with customer service. Lisa informed me that it was not the stores responsibility for the condition of the door and not something that I could be compensated for- never even addressed the fact that that the door had been in the store for 5 weeks. I was not happy, ultimately this was not about compensation but accountability and customer experience - Mine was poor. I requested to speak with some else and was referred to their 1-800 number. Lowe’s has been a go too but I will be shopping around for purchase in the future.

I had a project and went to Lowe’s PRO in Wake Forest. Josh Hight was the representative that helped me get setup with all the items of my order. Josh was great, courteous and professional looking up and making sure they had all the items on my list. I’m very happy with the service at Lowe’s and as a veteran appreciate the recognition as such. My son will be picking up the order as he has the vehicle and trailer to do so. Come to find-out Josh knows my son from my son’s business dealings with him, small world. In fact my son is who recommended I goto to Lowe’s PRO trusting their customer service there. Thank you Josh and Lowe’s PRO Wake Forest, we’ll see you again soon as I have many more projects in mind.

Went to return an item without a receipt and was told that policy has change and can no longer accept ANY return without a receipt.
The kicker, was told to sell item on Ebay!!!!!

Don't order delivery of anything. Check reviews for Spirit Logistics Network LLC. They handle deliveries and they damage most of their deliveries and personal property.

Great options, terrible customer service.
Went to purchase a smart thermostat in store instead of ordering online. Mistake...asked for help, waited 15 mins and no one came. Decided to leave and will order online instead.
