I love Kirklands stores but not this one. Got on the phone with a super rude lady. I placed my order online and then when I called to ask if it were ready for pick up & was informed that they didn’t have it and had meant to send an email but never did. I then told her if she could please double check because I was coming from 2 hours away and I already had gotten a confirmation email telling me my order was confirmed , order number and what store to pick up at. She then told me I shouldn’t have traveled that far to begin with. She was actually so rude. I’ve spent thousands of dollars at kirklands over the years- but I will not shop there again.

I usually completely enjoy my experience with this store. I had a defective product that I was trying to return, and I got completely rude Carol who acted like I was trying to rip off the whole company. I will be moving on to corporate to make them aware of the issue that Carol seemed to believe I had caused. So disappointed that people think it's acceptable today to treat customers like this. Especially a customer who has been loyal.

The women's bathroom had tp unsanitarily touching the wall. Whatever. Except there was pee on the wall next to the tp and I realized that the tp that I used was touching the part of the wall that had pee on it. So someone else's pee is always touching the tp. Pretty sure it's been like this for a long time bc that was super dry. The store was lovely and the people were friendly, but geez get like a San jamar....

The stuff in here is so cute, especially around the holidays. And the team working here are all pleasant and helpful. It's just kind of pricey for a lot of the items. Otherwise I'd spend much more there!
