“Stopped by to pay the bill today and Mr. Jason Ossai did an outstanding job helping us. I asked to review our billing because its outrageous to pay 134 for just internet. We have the highest speed and Jason realized we were given the wrong router and EMTA for our speed!!! REALLY, for 18 months nobody recognized this. Jason is an outstanding Spectrum Team Member! He was very knowledgeable, he is professional, proficient and personable!! You would do well to promote him and give him a raise because I haven't met anybody in Wake Forest Spectrum that good and that humble yet so professional. She worked with me on two occasions and both times she was knowledgeable, professional, and seemed to like people and her job (which is a rarity today lol)!
We encountered other reps who left A LOT to be desired, as to customer service professionalism - It was nothing major (i.e. was indirect) which is why I'm not going to put their names on BLAST!
