I've been a loyal customer of Rodney and his team for many years, and their service has always been exceptional. With Brookelyn and Hannah now managing the front desk, communication has improved even further. Import Auto is a rare gem in the industry—always fair and honest. On several occasions, my final bill has been lower than the initial quote because they found a more efficient solution. Import Auto IS amazing. "Mother Hannah" as I like to call her, takes care of all my import needs. I have VW, Audi and BMW and Import Auto is the only business I trust. They are trustworthy and honest. Often I toss the keys and tell me what needs to be fixed. They do a fair assessment with equally fair pricing. From pre purchase inspections to regular maintenance. Once your import is out off warranty, they are the only place to take your import..PERIOD!

I recently purchased a 2013 Toyota Sienna and, like any used car, had a few concerns about its condition. Fortunately, I discovered Import AutoPro and couldn't be happier with my experience! Update:
Had more work done on our Sienna. Had a transmission flush, radiator and a new starter installex. They are excellent at what they do. I am very impressed by their speed, communication and quality of service! I highly recommend Import AutoPro!

Import AutoPro is simply the best mechanic we have ever worked with. We’ve been taking our Volvos there for a few years now. They are always honest, dependable, extremely knowledgeable and very reasonable with their pricing. They will even provide great advice on ways to save money on repairs. We trust their recommendations on repairs that are urgent vs some things that we just need to keep an eye on. We highly recommend Hannah and the whole team at Import Auto. If I could give six stars, I surely would!

Import AutoPro is the only place I trust to work on my cars! They do all of the preventative maintenance on my '22 Honda Civic Si. They have also done quite a bit of work to my E36 (1998 BMW 323is) to get it ready for the track - including fixing oil leaks, upgrading the braking system (rotors, calipers, pads, and stainless steel brake lines), cooling system replacement, transmission replacement, suspension upgrades, and they inspect my car before and after track events! They are definitely the best.
