Stylist: I brought my sister-in-law for a manicure. She is disabled and has health issues. She was treated so kindly and respectfully while there. I truly appreciate this! I had a manicure and pedicure. The person who helped me was very detailed and did a great job, as well.

New to the area, this salon was recommend to me highly to check out for my nail needs. The owner wanted more business. Walked in today looking for a simple fill in, pretty easy request. Instantly got told they don’t have time for me and continued working on their clients. Didn’t even ask if I wanted to make an appointment or if I wanted to come back at a later time. Just simply “we don’t have time for you”. Now I’ve been getting my nails done for years and never had someone just tell me, “we don’t have time for you”, even though they have a “walk -ins welcome” sign on their front door.

I am very picky and HIGHLY recommend this place. My friend and I went there without an appointment and were taken care of right away. The owners took their time and made sure we were happy with everything we had done. The man even put acrylic & dip on a spare nail tip to show my friend the color before doing her nails to make sure she loved the color. The prices aren’t bad at all for the quality of work. This will now be my go to place for all my nail needs. Again, HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend!Services: Foot massages

Had a great experience visiting Idol Nails yesterday! Did not get his name but I am positive he and his wife are the owners. Came in with a pic of what I wanted and he worked tirelessly at trying to match the color exact. Very diligent and respectful!! Will be returning

they wouldn't honor my daughters gift certificate...they said she altered the expiration date. She did not, and even if she had, gift certificates with exp dates in the state of North Carolina are good for three years. Gift cards and gift certificates don't expire. For her to accuse my daughter, who is standing right there is awful. They took $50 from us and didn't honor her gift certificate.

Best mani-pedi EVER! The manager was extremely gracious to extend my year old gift certificate that expired a few days ago for an additional week due to circumstances that prevented me from using the gift certificate. Bo was AMAZING today! She was personal and attentive and what I loved most was she did not rush! She is the first person in my many years of various nail salons that I didn't have to ask to fix anything or hurt me when cutting my cuticles. Idol is now my new favorite Nail Salon in Wake Forest! Book an appointment because they are busy....but the best always are!!! Thank you Bo! See you soon!!Services: Foot massages

i don't usually leave reviews but these nails are so bad. i have prom in 2 days and now i have to get them corrected at a different salon. when i walked in a guy started doing my nails and then did them to the point where I couldn't leave and told me someone else was going to finish my nails. then a woman took over and she really tried to get them right but it seemed like she just didn't have the skills. i feel bad bc she really did try but it's still so bad. the nails themselves are thick and curving upwards. there's even small hairs trapped in one of my nails. i would recommend coming here if you just want a simple pedicure but not for acrylics...
