After a thorough search of vendors in the Raleigh/Wake Forest area we were lucky enough to find Holding Oil and Gas. Best decision we could have made. They were polite, professional and most importantly they did GREAT WORK. You bet we will continue to use them going forward.

I switched from another company to Holding about a year ago and they are AMAZING. It’s night and day customer service wise - they are helpful, friendly & quick to come out. Highly recommend!

Switched from AmeriGas after some really bad customer service just trying to get a residential tank filled for the first time.I submitted new customer paperwork with Holding Oil and Gas at 9am today, and let them know my tank was getting low. They had the truck in my driveway at 3pm this afternoon. Couldn't ask for faster turnaround.Residential propane delivery should be simple and these folks make it that way. Definitely will be using them moving forward.

Worst gas company I have ever worked with. Constantly let my tank go empty. Very inconsist and no help when we were leaving either.

I am attempting to take over paying the bills of my 80 year old parents and one of them is "Holding Oil and Gas". When I called the office and begin asking questions to find out the email associated with their account there was NO help provided. She said she did not see that information, even though prior bills have been paid online before. I even called the company they use for payment processing and they said to contact the Merchant! When I called her back I was asked, " why are you making such a big deal over this". I told her because I pay bills on line and I am trying to get this set up. No one in the "office" /because I asked if anyone else could help and she said no/ could provide any assistance. So, I ended up giving the credit card information over the phone and I now have to wait for a call back to get a confirmation number for the transaction. Yes, a call back - not an immediate confirmation number for the transaction. I would NOT recommended Holding Oil and Gas just for having to deal with the administrative part-delivery has always been fine/for many years with my parents.

This is the one place in town to get off road #2. They really are a staple in this community. Professional,to say the least-when it comes to propane. Supply and service with a neighborly atmosphere.

Amazing customer service. Came out to fill up within 2 hours of me calling because I was empty. This was right before a snow storm and I'm sure they were busy. The woman who answers the phone is always very helpful.

Excellent service and prices. We are on their delivery schedule and it makes the price even lower. So happy they are around!John and Mike were very helpful in adding a connection for us. They ARE very busy in the winter if you need something extra installed it might take a few months but they are up front about that, and for us it was worth it.

John and Mike came out to install our new LP tank and did a fantastic job. They were professional and thorough, even through the monsoon that rolled in while they were here. And Mike made an excellent recommendation to use Zep on our stainless range, it works great.
