My prescription was do to be refilled on the 19th. But I needed it on the 16th. They said it was last filled on the 23thd. According to the bottle and my doctor. They were incorrect, they charged $159.00 as a senior citizen that's a lot.We will be taking our business elsewhere.

Terribly understaffed! Rarely more than one individual behind the desk which typically results in a long wait queues. Although rare, there have been a few occasions when I entered the store and found no one waiting and received prompt service. However more often than not, when two or more customers show up or the pharmacist get behind forget about prompt customer service. FACT: The other day my doctors office attempted to phone in a prescription at 8AM on a weekday. The doctors then called me to report they made several attempts to reach a live pharmacist with no luck, and were surprised the physician line always went to voicemail. They eventually decided to leave the prescription information on the pharmacy voicemail system. The doctors office then suggested I call HT later in the day and verify they had the prescription, and if not... would I like them to try calling a "different" pharmacy. I called the pharmacy at 1PM that afternoon to check on status. I also could not reach anyone so I kept calling back. After five attempts I finally reached a live person. I told them my doctor left my prescription information on their voicemail... and was quickly informed that they were super busy and hadn't had a chance yet to check any of the voice mail messages! Yikes, I'm sure glad it wasn't a critical need medicine. I called again at 4PM and was told they couldn't confirm if the prescription was filled or even if they even received the prescription request. Whoever took my call could tell I wasn't happy so I wasn't surprised when less than 20 minutes later I got a phone call my prescription was ready. NET: I shouldn't have to follow up with a pharmacy to make sure they are doing job. If nothing else this HT pharmacy shouldn't wait half a day to check their voicemail messages. Bottom line: If you are dependent on a pharmacy and/or your prescriptions I would strongly suggest you find another one to work with and forget this less than stellar supermarket variety pharmacy.

We just spent $45 for a filet and a ribeye. After getting them home, realized the filet was not actually a filet but some cut of meat to resemble a filet. My husband cut so much gristle off it there was barely usable. Maybe for fajitas or something. The ribeye also got a big trim job. Ended up with about half the original ribeye. Wont be going back to this place. costco has better meat than this place. The teeter on Durant has way better meat than this location.

There had never been a time in which I had a bad experience at HT Pharmacy. I was just discharged from the hospital. I arrived at HT late (4.45pm). I specifically stated to the pharmacist I can pick these prescriptions up in the morning is there any way you can give me the cost. The look and the attitude was gross; the pharmacist stated I can't do these today well I already knew that! Obviously her face was messed up and she didn't hear me.... I repeated -- I can pick them up tomorrow. I was so disgusted by her attitude I told her never mind I'll bring them back. If anybody has to eal with all that attitude ater coming out the hospital near death is ridiculous... I would rather go somewhere else than to stress with the lady with no customer service skills. It's a shame because the other 2 people who are normally there are so nice and so helpful they go above and beyond I needed this medication so badd so so badd I was supposed to start today but I couldn't get there fast enough. If I ever see her standing at the counter I will turn around and go back home!!! If who is Karen was a person!

Hezra the cashier was so unhelpful and just throwing my stuff into bags. He's so muffled when he speaks you can't tell what he's saying. Just seems like another kid today so glued to their phones they can't speak properly. Disappointing. Also tell me why a few months back I saw some fat lady on a scooter go over to the Asian Bar and take a chicken wing and eat it. She grabbed it with her bare hands and just ate it. Tell me why management didn't care when I told them? He just goes "oh sorry". I go to Wegman's now. At least they have decorum.

Walked into this store and thought "It looks a lot like Ralph's (grocery store chain in our area AKA Kroger). Had sticker shock at some of the prices. It is more expensive than our food in Southern CA. I don't usually shop at Ralph's either or traditional grocery stores so maybe all stores are that expensive. Kidlet had a melt down so husband went to the car so as not to disturb other people shopping. I will say I had a hard time finding things and saw no employees to ask for help. The biggest annoyance? thing that made me angry? was the check out. Well first the check out is backward? You push the cart behind the counter where the employee is, then walk in front of the check out. That didn't upset me but was weird (weird like in CA grocery carts are outside not inside. Took me forever to get used to that). The thing that really made me mad was the employee asked if I had a Harris Teeter card. I said no, I'm visiting from out of town. He asked where and when I said CA he asked if I had a Kroger card. I explained no I do not shop there (and besides who the he&* travels with their grocery cards on vacation when most places you can enter a phone number?) I asked if he had a card he could scan for me. He stated no that was no allowed. He said only managers had a code that could do that and he would have to call a manager. I asked where you signed up for a card. he said I had to go to customer service. He told me Publix doesn't have a discount card. I said "Oh so they just give you the lowest price then with out making you have a card?" I will definitely not be shopping at Harris Teeter for the rest of my east coast trip despite the store being super close to where I am staying.

Sitting in the parking lot right now, MAJORLY disappointed.. no idea why their new hours are midnight. Harris teeters are supposed to be open 24 hours. It's the only grocer nearby and sometimes things happen and are needed late... pitiful. Not happy at all... besides the fact of sporadic closings before when they'd have cleaning, selling open stale product, not having my favorite brand of wine.. sorely disappointed, quite mad in fact. Thanks for constantly disappointing brogden Woods! ;)

I use to love my Harris Teeter but sadly that has changed. At one point we knew many of the folks in the store and we were always greeted with a smile or a friendly nod. Well things have changed and it is all new people. So we started ordering online. That went well too for some time and now that has changed too. Our orders are often late, notification phone calls are not provided, and several times we have received unacceptable produce. Hopefully things will change back for the better soon!
