The manager, Alan, was incredibly professional and kind. I didn't know that Walmart had a FedEx store (I was driving to Raleigh for services) so now I plan to support this location moving forward! I recommend you do the same.

They need more employees working the cash register. It's ridiculous to wait in line for 20 mins to mail a package.Location is convenient though.

Bad customer service. I had no help finding my package and they redirect me the automated bot when I try and call to speak to someone. So frustrating

Half a mile walk to find that this location closes for an hour lunch everyday 1-2pm.

This location is a mess, I would not recommend selecting this location if you are planning to pick up a delivery from a FedEx location. Don’t get me wrong, the employees are nice, but the system of this location is just terrible.My experience so far:1. FedEx had my package ready to be picked up on Friday2. I went to the FedEx office on Friday to pick up the package and was told by a FedEx employee that it was mixed with Walmart’s packages, which the employee described as common, and that I should speak to Walmart Customer Service3. I spoke to Walmart Customer Service and they told me that they couldn’t find the package and that I should come back earlier the next day (Saturday)4. I go in early the next day to speak to Walmart Customer Service just to find out that the FedEx office had the package this entire time and that they are closed until MondayHopefully I’m able to get my package on Monday. I will not be selecting this location as a pick up location again any time soon after this

For 3rd time, try to drop off at this location, and it is always closed. But employees setting behind shelf and plying on a phone. Close it permanently.
