They were easy to work with. We used a 10'x20' storage with no climate control for one year. A little dust covered the stuff on top and a few spiders got into the stuff but no mold which was good. We're happy with the service.

I highly recommend this storage facility. After some unforeseen circumstances with a flooring company during a home remodel during the Covid-19 period, I was forced to store flooring at this facility for a short period of time. After about a week, I pulled my inventory out to return it to the flooring company and requested a refund but I didn't really expect one as they didn't have to. A couple weeks later, I got a reimbursement check in the mail. Thank you. If I ever need extra space in the future, this is the first place I will look.
