2 minutes agoNEWI cannot say enough good things about this dealership! The whole experience was amazing! The staff worked to find just the right vehicle to fit my budget. I was really at ease with the whole car buying experience. The entire staff was welcoming and very knowledgeable. Great inventory to choose from. I had an outstanding experience at this car dealership! I recently purchased a BMW i3, and I couldn't be happier. Not only did I get a fantastic price that was nearly $1500 under market value, but they also included detailing that left my car looking brand new. To top it off, they even provided a complimentary 1-year warranty, which gives me great peace of mind. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire buying process smooth. If you're looking for a dealership that goes above and beyond, this is the place to go!

BUYER BEWARE!!! Predatory practices and less than stellar inventory!!!!Approximately 2 1/2 months ago I purchased a vehicle with 56,000 miles from DriveOne. I was presented records representing an excellent service record and because I was in a bad place, needing a vehicle quickly, I chose to trust them and purchased the vehicle without having a mechanic check it and not haggling over the $22,000 price tag. Overall, I was happy with the purchase and learning the features of the vehicle when, after only two months, the check engine light came on and the car began stalling out. I couldn’t believe what was happening, especially after I had explained the situation I was in when originally purchasing the vehicle. I got the code read at a local auto store and then took it to a trustworthy mechanic. Imagine my shock when he called to tell me there was NO oil registering on the dipstick even though the gauge still showed 68% oil life! The mechanic put in two quarts of oil and a cleaner. When he flushed it out, it was “black as tar” and he stated that an engine with excellent service records couldn’t have oil this bad. This was indicative of a vehicle that hadn’t been serviced regularly. When I told him I’d seen the CarFax, he said they could be faked!!!! I had no clue. When I called the salesman at DriveOne that I purchased the vehicle from, obviously upset, his response to me was he didn’t understand why I was upset. He sold me the warranty, just take it to a Chevy dealer and get it repaired. When I explained there was NO way they couldn’t have known there was a problem, he tried to blame me, saying I had gone 1,000 miles over the oil change time…..?!?First, the oil indicator said I had 68% oil life left. Second, how can 1,000 over make the oil not register on the dipstick or be that bad when the mechanic flushed it. Imagine how offended I became when being blamed for an issue that was obviously negligence on the dealer for not fixing before selling. After dropping the car off at Capital Chevrolet I received a call and the cam solenoid and wiring harness is bad in the vehicle. I called DriveOne to make this right and pay the repair bill on a vehicle I bought less that three months ago. They informed me it’s not their problem, I bought the car and they’re not responsible for anything after I drove it off the lot. Which I would agree with, if it were several months down the road or I did anything to damage the vehicle. As it stands, there is no way their mechanics looked at this vehicle and didn’t know it was bad. A reputable company would have stepped up and done the right thing. Word of mouth is a part of business, so here is my word of mouth on DriveOne. Stay clear!!!! After this experience, I did a deeper dive on their reviews and turns out this is common practice for them. Then when someone complains online, they bury it with several {fake} positive reviews. Now, instead of enjoying my new to me vehicle of less than three months, that I’m paying an outrageous monthly payment for, I am paying out almost a thousand dollars for a repair.Do yourself a favor, stay clear of this horrible place : predatory practices and less than stellar inventory.

The salesman I spoke to presented himself with an amiable facade. At first he was nice and humble then arrogant and aggressive towards me. Raised his voice and completely lost his composure when things didn't go his way. I wish things would've went a different way. But in the end they are just another money hungry small time dealership.

A bit disorganized I called before I can to do a test drive just to get there and have to wait 20+minutes for them to get the car from a different location.
