I tried to call the capital blvd, wake forest NC location to order a cake but they never answer the phone. When I went in to order, the manager said they don't answer their phone because of scam calls & threats. I ordered the strawberry cheesecake cake for my son's birthday to be picked up at 11 am in 5 days. The morning of the scheduled pick up, the manager called to say they just received their delivery of frozen strawberries and she wouldn't have the cake ready until about 130pm. We picked up the cake and now wish we would have refused it! It is messy, nothing like it was supposed to be, looks like a very inexperienced kid made it. The store is filthy with trash, ice cream, and cones on the floor and dropped under the edge of the machine. Their mixer for making shakes was covered in old half dried ice cream. They need a visit from the health inspector! I will be calling their corporate office! Nasty restaurant with untrained employees that don't know what they are doing!

The guy that took my order said that the microphone went dead and I was waiting for him at the drive thru for a while ..... Then when I asked him to repeat my order he had a attitude...

Over priced food, stale grease, they didn't have honey mustard or ranch dip... I had a coupon and still paid $9 for a kids meal. I will never go to this dq again.

The blizzard was good, but whoever was running the drive thru on 1-13 needs to be fired. Rushing us constantly, and asking us if thats all every 10 seconds, then when we get to the window he is bland and rude as hell. I work in fast food, and I could not imagine being rude to somebody who comes to pay their money at your establishment. Drive time does not matter that much lol.

Upon arriving to this location I noticed windows and doors was very nasty, but still proceeded to order food when I approached counter I was not so welcomed. I asked a request for food to be cooked a few extra minutes. I got a very nasty look, but I ignored it and continued ordering. The girl that dropped my chicken strips came through with an oversized hoodie and in fact it was falling in trash can, with no gloves on. I cancelled my order.This place has went down tremendously.

The 2 guys working at the time of our visit were friendly, efficient & knowledgeable. We ordered 2 different Blizzards. Since it wasn't busy at the time each one worked on one Blizzard, thus completing our order quickly & correctly. We ate in the restaurant surrounded by the clean, orderly & bright interior. I asked a few questions about other products & they were answered quickly & pleasantly. It was a very pleasant time out for dessert.Parking: This Dairy Queen is in The Market of Wake Forest shopping center and is a stand alone building. There is ample parking in front of the building.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking directly in front of the door with a wheelchair ramp present. I don't remember if there was the option for the doors to open automatically.

Drove 15 minutes in the opposite direction of where I was going to get me a blizzard. Pulled up and all the lights were off and no one was home.Got there at 9 when both the internet and THE DOOR of the restaurant say they close at 10. My child is heart broken and I’m not sure if we’ll recover from this one, honestly.I’m begging you fix this - who knows how many more times my family can recover from these kind of situations.(But for real…..their hours are wrong.)

The ice cream came our melted with one semi-frozen blob. The guy attempted 4-5 times to make a cone ut it was too soft-melted. Then he only offered to give us cups instead of a refund. It was terrible and we threw it out. They declined to sell to the following customers.

Visited today. A person who had previously gotten their Blizzard came back to the counter and noted that they didn't have much toppings. The staff was trying to be helpful, I suppose, when they added more toppings to the person's half-eaten cup and then remixed it in the Blizzard machine. They then made several more Blizzards immediately after... without sanitizing the machine. Even after we pointed this out to them, they continued to make more Blizzards on the unclean machine. Secondarily, I ordered a large chocolate cone. My wife ordered a medium. The cones have color-coded rings on the paper sleeves. Mine came in the same sized cone as my wife's (and you can see the size difference just looking a the bottom of the cone from behind the counter)... and when asked, they said it was a large. So I've also now not gotten what I paid for.
