This place was the worst pharmacy experience I have ever had!! I wish I could give negative stars! Being new to the area I chose them as they were close to me. I had them transfer all my meds from my pharmacy in KY. They got 3 of my 15 or so prescriptions. They filled 2 of them. The prices were $10 and $35. I have Medicaid and Medicaid told me none of my scripts would be more than $4.00! I called and finally got the pharmacist on the line and told her the billing was wrong and they were missing a whole bunch of my meds. It’s not that they hadn’t filled them, they weren’t even listed on my profile! She assured me that she would fix it and they would fill them the next day. (It was already almost 5)The next day I had my first visit with my new PCP. I told her about the situation and she sent all of my prescriptions to them again. Nothing from the pharmacy for another 2 days. I then got a text asking if I wanted to fill one of my prescriptions. I typed back yes and was told ok, we’ll put in an order. ?The next day they texted me that it was ready. Price $135!! This continued with each day one more med being filled. It has been over 2 weeks and they have not filled all my scripts and the ones they did fill have not been billed properly. I went into Publix and told them to transfer my profile from CVS and before I even got home the texts started coming as they filled one after the other. Guess what?… None of them were over $4.00 and some of them were free! Don’t go to CVS they are incompetent thieves!

No point in reserving an appointment as they don't abide by the scheduled times, and bring in clients that are "more convenient" to their schedule. I waited over 90 min for my scheduled appointment and watched 2 people schedule an appointment at the kiosk only to get treated before me. I would understand if they were running behind, but they clearly picked clients with no merit. Complete waste of time and terrible service. I would go to ANY other CVS in the state before coming back here. Please save your time and energy, drive the extra few minutes to the next closest location. The only saving grace was that Dr. Saunders was very helpful and kind. She stayed well past 7:30 to finish both mine, and my girlfriends testing.

The CVS Pharmacy in Downtown Wake Forest just isn't as nice as it used to be. The store is not well stocked. Service is friendly and there is a good sized parking lot. But the store doesn't seem to carry much variety of products anymore and what they do carry might not be on the shelf.

CVS has not had 4 different medications that my family has needed in the last 2 months. When asked, the pharmacy said it's a manufacturing issue, but Walgreens has had the medication each time. The pharmacy also hung up on me when I was in the middle of asking a question after she groaned into the phone.

The drive through is the absolute worst!!! Be prepared to wait 30-45+ minutes in line and another 5-10 when it's actually your turn. It's no better when you go inside because all the workers and staff are unfriendly. We switched pharmacies almost 2 years ago and couldn't be happier.

I was in and an old woman who worked there told me to look at at how short this girls dress was, keep in mind the girl was only about 14 tops. She told me "and girls wonder why they get raped" i was MORTIFIED!!!! what kind of awful humanity. I hope she gets fired and goes broke for her to be able to say something like that to a stranger.

This HAS to be the most disorganized unprofessional pharmacy I've ever experienced! This is the LAST pharmacy you'll want to visit. Had 1 question & was forced to waite in the drive-up window for in excess 45 minutes. The people working here seem as disassociated as underpaid fastfood workers. While waiting at the window they NEVER make eye-contact..cause that would mean they'd have to wait on you. What a disgraceful way of patient care.

TRUCK DRIVERS WITH A CDL BEWARE!!!!!! Do NOT go to this location for your DOT physicals! Dew, the woman who does the physicals just refused my husband a 1 year card renewal due to MILD sleep apnea even though the FMCSA's website for the DOT specifically states:What Level of Sleep Apnea (mild, moderate, severe) Disqualifies a CMVDriver? The disqualifying level of sleep apnea is moderate tosevere, which interferes with safe driving. My husband provided this doctor with ALL paperwork she requested as well as a doctor note from his PRIMARY care provider. His sleep study specifically states that he has MILD sleep apnea. This NURSE practitioner clearly has NO idea what she is doing and needs a lot of training!!! She called the DOCTOR and refused to completely explain everything to the doctor and all she mentioned to the doctor was that he had sleep apnea... not even what severity it is from his sleep study. She even measured his neck which was 17" ... WHICH IS THE CUTOFF. My husband is 6'5". She kept making excuses that she would be putting her license on the line but when she asked if he falls asleep all the time and all of the mandatory questions she asked him... he passed!!! My husband answered no to all of the questions. When my husband asked to speak to the doctor... she ignored him and hung up. My husband is ELIGIBLE for a 1 year medical card.Sleep Apnea is considered being under control when it is MILD or BETTER status!!!DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

My girlfriend and I had to come here to return some items. We had a little mixup at self checkout but the cashier Donna did not get frustrated, was so patient and wonderful with helping us. She greeted us with a smile and provide a great overall customer service!

The COVID testing is very unorganized and in my opinion, unreliable. How can I give myself the test through the drive-thru and expect it to be accurate? And don't expect it to be a quick process either! I waited in line for 45min past my "appointment" time before even speaking with someone. If my employer wasn't requiring this test before I could return to work, I would definitely have driven away! This, among many other less than satisfactory visits to CVS, is the reason I DO NOT use CVS as my pharmacy!

Been on hold to try to take care of a prescription for a patient for 15 minutes. Phone keeps getting picked up and put back on hold. Not one person has spoken to me once. This is terrible customer service. As a prescribing doctor, i will recommend my patients go elsewhere. Terrible service.
