We just bought an infinity Q60 from crossroads infinity on capitol blvd.I have to say, it was the best experience we have ever had.No pressure, the salesman juan ortiz was willing to answer any question we had. The sales manager was super friendly. He made us feel comfortable with the sale also. He did everything he could to get us the best deal at a great price.I will be looking to crossroads for future purchases, and letting my friends know how great this experience was.

Although I had purchased my vehicle out of state, I started to bringing my vehicle to Crossroads Ford in Prince George for maintenance and repair. Had always been a good experience until my service provider left. Now the new service provider won't make appointments at the dealership for oil changes, doesn't provide loaner cars, etc. I am sent to the Quicklane for work. I was having my car towed in back in June 2020 and was told they couldn't get to it for another week or two. Tried to bring it in for a water leak in August of 2021and was going to have to wait two weeks to bring it in and they only do water leaks one day a week. In September 2020 I waited 3 hours for an oil change to be done at the Quicklane. In April 2021 I made an appointment at the Quicklane to have an oil change and took off work. I was called the day before to say they would be closed on the day of my appointment so they were cancelling it. Today I am told that an oil change will take all day. They only have 2 of 8 techs working. The waiting room is full. I got here at 7:45 am. They have already turned people away by 8:10 am. Not sure I am even waiting for my car ...deciding now. Service at this dealership has gone wayyyy down hill.

We had a great experience yesterday buying a pre-owned car at Crossroads Ford in Wake Forest, NC. Ahmed Arafat, our sales consultant, greeted us at the door with a smile and made the entire purchase a real pleasure. Also, shot out to Jack Smith, the finance mgr, who kept the financing a breeze. I highly recommend a visit.

Service department here has been friendly and helpful with my cars needs. Their pricing is also reasonable. I did not buy my car here, but probably should have.

I purchased my 2017 Nissan Altima from another dealership called Oxford Car and Truck in Oxford, North Carolina.After about the third day,I had a sensor light come on and I had to call Nissan to see if they were able to help me,and they were.I took my car to Crossroads Nissan of Wake Forest and they completed the work that needed to be done along with a multi point inspection making sure my vehicle was in good condition.I have been taken it back every since then,and I purchased it in May of last year, traded in my 2016 Ford Focus.I will be going back to Crossroads Nissan of Wake Forest for further service needs and maintenance and sometime in the future will be purchasing another vehicle when my daughter is ready to drive and has her license.
