Bedroom smell bad, smell es like stinky feet.Beds were the best part of staying here, very comfortable and clean.Power outlets, oh my God, nightstand and desk didn't work at all.At breakfast, the milk was chunky/bad/expired for both of my granddaughters. At front desk, we were disturbed by a drunk person/guest asking for money for more beer and hitting on my wife.Hotel Clerck had to yell and chase him away. Both nights same situation, people drinking out of control.Long story short, I'm never going back.

This hotel is infested with cockroaches. We advised the front desk that we saw cockroaches and they moved us to a new room. Our new room was smaller, had a broken phone and broken tv remote. The shower leaked. The bathroom smelled like smoke. We could have dealt with all that but the room was even worse than the first with the infestation of cockroaches. Literally, could not even go into the bathroom without seeing the cockroaches run across the room. We told the person at the front desk we were leaving early because of the cockroaches and they said they had been advised of the problem but that management doesn't do anything about it. Cockroaches can carry disease causing germs and are very unhealthy for anyone with asthma. I plan to advise the board of health because this is just not a safe place to stay with all those nasty bugs.

Pool was closed when we were there. The room had several maintenance items to be fixed, but they were fixed within a short time. Breakfast left a little to be desired - the egg sandwiches were in plastic bags and you had to heat them in the microwave. No fresh eggs or sausages.

Seemed nice in the pictures. Staff was friendly. But when I walked into the room. It had a musky smell and worst of all, there was a booger on the headboard and blood on the bed sheets. Will not return ever again.

We stayed here 2 years ago and that's the reason we came back. After this visit, we are removing the hotel from our list. This place is now called Clarion Pointe Wake Forest. New management is not always a good thing and that's the case here. One towel per room and every. Single. Family. Had to request more towels. So our one-towel room wasn't a one-off accident. It's apparently policy. Fun to learn when you wake up in the morning to no towels. Also, no blankets. A sheet and a "blanket" that's essentially a slightly thicker second sheet. Sleeping with a spouse meant waking up multiple times with no covers, and when re-adjusting the covers waking the other person. "Breakfast" - I get that it's a pandemic and buffet stuff is out, but we stay at plenty of hotels that have figured it out. Here we had packages of mini donuts next to the unused waffle iron and chafing dishes. Until we see a review of better amenities, we will stay elsewhere when coming to the area.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this hotel! From the moment I made a phone call to book a room to the moment I checked out - I was impressed. Payush, general manager, was very professional, kind and polite. Even though they are short staffed - he didn't make me feel like I was not his priority. Very clean rooms, comfortable bed and great service. I will definitely come back!
