Circle K is sometimes cheaper than the gas station I usually go in this part of town. They do charge extra if you use a credit card to pay. The outside area doesn't seem to be kept up as there is usually a lot of trash around. People just need to take care of their trash and use trash cans. It is nice to have options.

Hands-down, the best Circle K in Wake Forest they have the best ices their machine. Every time I’ve walked in has always left me with a happy smile on my face. It’ll stay Frosty, like it should. The consistency of the icy state is perfect hands-down the best icy I’ve had in the area and I’ve lived in Wake Forest, pretty much all my life.

The worst I have dropped in so many time 6 in the last month to find they never have any sausage or hot dogs on grill ever the bathrooms r a mess the parking lot is a mess the people don't have any value for costumer service it's really a poorly run store the manager should be replaced if that's the way they going to run the store

This has to be one of the WORST Circle K’s I have ever been in. The drink machines are always broke for months. Several of the employees are not friendly at all. I have been in multiple times and there will be multiple employees working but they are to busy standing around talking and laughing to notice a customer standing at the register to be assisted. It’s really sad the store is the way it is to be located in Wake Forest.

Gas prices are competitive- but service is so poor. Don't expect to get a receipt at the pump - they never work. Credit card # stolen once - I would avoid and drive to the Sheets

It seems like every time I've visited , the customer service is horrible ! I've never walked in a place , greeted the staff and gotten nothing in return , so often at the same location. The staff portrays to be unhappy at work and uninterested . It makes you not even wanna go there , but because they are they only gas station near me that is open late makes it difficult. Common courtesy is not difficult! Smiling is not hard . Saying HELLO welcome to circle k is obviously not in training or mandatory. Nor is saying thank you , have a nice day or even you're welcome . I don't even get a word ! Such a negative atmosphere.

I went inside today to use the restroom and get a coffee. The soap in the bathroom was not working and no other option to wash my hands was available. I mentioned this to the woman checking me out and was told.....”Yeah, the soap is broken”. I waited until after I paid for my coffee and told her that with being in a pandemic, it is important to provide the necessary soap for the customers to follow the recommendations put forth to be safe. Sarcastically she told me she’d mention it to her manager. And some other employee made some tacky comment as I was walking out the door. I did not appreciate this dismissive attitude about my safety as a customer. I will never go to this gas station again.
