Do not find staff knowledgeable. Drove more than an hour to come here for them to say we needed to bring more documents.We were told specifically that this particular set of documents were not necessary before we came.

Not happy with this branch at all, came in to get a $10.72 check cashed. Teller was rude to start with, and then tried to charge me $10.00 to cash the check. Policy states that even for a non member there is no charge for under $50.00 and $10.00 for over $50.00. Will not come back here again, thankfully another branch follows Policy and goes out of their way even for non members.

I highly recommend Chase! I’ve banked with Bank of America and Wells Fargo previously, and I was disappointed with their customer service. I came here, and Eddie took great care of me. I came back this week, and he helped me again and had me on my way in less than 10 minutes. This is a big bank with a local feel. Their employees care and are incredibly helpful.

Just WOW.The outside ATM didn't work. I walked in to the bankers sitting around talking. I used the indoor ATM for a fee as I came to deposit money for my brother only to find out the BANK doesn't take cash per policy. BUT they would charge me a fee for a cash advance and then put the cash in his account. Very inconvenient.

Had a great experience with Charles! He is very professional and got everything done that was requested! The location it’s self also has a very nice and welcoming atmosphere! Highly recommend!

Tried cashing a check written by someone who banks at chase. I had already cashed a check from this person at this location the week before. They said they couldn't this time. They made the chase customer physically come up to this location in order to cash it. Very inconvenient. Not to mention I asked to speak to a manager multiple times and was never granted that.

The nicest people ever. Tiara helped me. She was so kind and patient. I had an issue with my account and she did whatever she could to help me. This was the first bank I ever walked into where I felt welcomed and wanted as a customer. Tiara you’re the best and your service was appreciated more than you know! ❤️
