A confirmed experience of inattentiveness from waitress recently. These chain restaurants are sickening with clearly having precooked frozen dishes that are microwavable coupled with owners/hiring managers expecting an elevated level of customer service of wait staff. NEVER attempt to defend yourself by suggesting the customer was in error but learn the art of submission in error to rectify the situation and win the client. Owners/Managers, always monitor training tactics that they are implemented...you ultimately will lose. Please to experience Ale House's continued consistency with attentive waitstaff!

Be careful about getting food delivered from here. They will not give your food the same type of quality and attention as you would dining in.I paid $30 plus for literally 3 pieces of broccoli, half scoop of rice, & a little piece of salmon. Basically there was no food in the box.I will never order from here again because I will be irate next time. They stay doing this to me when I get food delivered. 99% of other people would’ve drove up there to give y’all words. UberEats doesn’t give refunds on portion control issues either. Stop playing with people money & food!
