Very attentive and courteous.
I had a difficult task- figure out how to replace batteries on a 35 year old book for my grandaughter. After three attempts they succeeded. Very grateful for their efforts. Our grandaughter was extremely excited. Thank you! I'll be visiting soon!

Guy was pleasant however he was unaware of how to takeoff a pocket watch case and the website said there was 17% off at participate locations and apparently this wasn’t one of the participating locations and it was exactly $27 just to replace two watch batteries that I probably could’ve done myself

I sent my wife with our toddler to pick up a battery that I had waiting for me at the store and the person at the counter gave both me (on the phone) and her (in person) an attitude about a request to help her carry the battery to the car.

Tim was very friendly. I ordered a car battery online, it was ready immediately when I got there, and they installed it on the spot. In all the whole experience took no more than 15-20 minutes.

Batteriesplus told me they keep their batteries charged. I bought one for my UTV at $135 plus tax. I took it home, installed it, and then checked it for charge level. It was only charged at 50%. Apparently they don’t keep them charged. Buyer beware.

On September 25 my car was slow starting and I thought it may be the starter. I finally got it cranked and drove to batteries plus on Main StIn Wake Forest. I had spoken to Sam on the phone and he was very helpful professional and ask if I could bring my car in. When I arrived he was with another customer. Andrew greeted me and said let's figure this out. As it turned out I needed a new battery. Those guys were so caring friendly and professional so when I left I said I'm going to write a review about your service. Well life got in the way and here it is Nov.10th. This proves when you get FANTASTIC SERVICE you will never forget it and always return to that store. THANK YOU ANDREW and SAM for turning my stressful day into a VERY GOOD DAY and getting me back on the road again. Ya'll GUYS ARE GREAT KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!

Andrew of the Wake Forest store helped diagnose an issue with an iphone.He showed us the extent of the damage in the phone that was caused during a previous repair performed elsewhere. This included showing us what appeared to be the remnants of a battery fire inside the phone.He offered assistance in where additional diagnostics could be performed and what he believed could be the issue we were experiencing.Additionally on another phone he turned a bleek looking siuation into a positive one by being able to just replace the screen.Batteries + will be the 1st place I take future phone issues.Great services offeredGreat service performedChristmas disaster avoided.Thank you Andrew
